Beautiful rooms and location, but horrible service
Our room had non-working AC for first 3 days. Hotel was only able to offer a fan and didn’t have a service technician come till the third day of our stay. They offered no compensation or discount for the room. I also requested ice to be delivered to my room multiple times due to a knee injury and they failed to deliver multiple nights. Beautiful rooms and beautiful hotel, but clearly not a 5-star service hotel.

A wonderful stay at the Adlon
Courteous and helpful staff , an impressive hotel on every front Try and have breakfast included in your room . At 83 euros per person it’s extravagant but worth it if it’s included . Unlimited champagne and caviar which I have never seen anywhere in the world ! The Adlon is renowned as the most famous hotel in Berlin and its reputation is deserved

Elegant Stay Steps from the Brandenburg Gate
Absolutely beautiful traditional hotel with an elegant atmosphere. Breakfast is fantastic, offering both buffet and à la carte options ranging from omelets to Asian dumplings, caviar, and champagne. A pianist in the lobby adds to the charm, and the rooms are both beautiful and comfortable. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the Brandenburg Gate—making it an excellent choice for New Year’s Eve or a special stay in Berlin.

Wonderful Stay
Stayed at the Adlon Hotel for 4 nights. It was a wonderful stay in the most fabulous location. All the staff were very friendly and engaging. Breakfast was exceptional in terms of quality, choice and service. Didn't eat in the other restaurants. Had drinks in the bar each evening which was great. Room very spacious with most comfortable beds and duvets, bedding etc Probably the best city hotel we have stayed in made special by the beautiful decor and wonderful staff. Planning on coming back at the end of December in to January.
