It’s a must! Fantastic hotel.
We stayed as a family of six and were absolutely delighted with our stay! From start to finish, everything was fantastic. The breakfast was lovely, a great choice of options to suit everyone. The rooms were amazing - spacious, clean and, most importantly the beds were incredibly comfortable! All the staff were so polite, friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to return. ☺️

Appalling customer service
We were booked for a stay in October. As I have neck problems I need to sleep on a feather pillow. IHG hotels always provide one on request. When we rang to check that would be the case at this hotel we were met with a couldn't care less attitude and were told we would have to have the hotels manmade filled pillow.. My husband is a diamond elite member of IHG and to be treated so rudely at a so called 5 star hotel ia appalling.. we cancelled and went to an alternative hotel!

Don’t waste your money go elsewhere
AVOID Room 648 the room is basic filthy and a ridiculous shower hose attached to the middle of the joke of a bath that doesn’t even stretch to the shower bracket so you can’t have a shower and instead you have to stand in the bath wash yourself and then use the hose to rinse yourself absolutely ridiculous the towels are threadbare and hard and definitely NOT bath towels ! This hotel used to be the Kempinski and was classy now it’s basically a holiday Inn only dirtier Do not waste your money

Excellent hotel & exceptional Staff
Excellent service accommodating happy greeting helpful attentive. Positive Staff. Thankyou very much from the porter Hassan & reception & my servers Farah greeting me at breakfast & Lillie who went out of her way to get me a hot matcha, I desperately needed which is my go to drink. The house keeping was excellent immaculately clean. I highly recommend 🤗 Thankyou! See you soon
