AVOID Room 648 the room is basic filthy and a ridiculous shower hose attached to the middle of the joke of a bath that doesn’t even stretch to the shower bracket so you can’t have a shower and instead you have to stand in the bath wash yourself and then use the hose to rinse yourself absolutely ridiculous the towels are threadbare and hard and definitely NOT bath towels ! This hotel used to be the Kempinski and was classy now it’s basically a holiday Inn only dirtier Do not waste your money

Excellent service accommodating happy greeting helpful attentive. Positive Staff. Thankyou very much from the porter Hassan & reception & my servers Farah greeting me at breakfast & Lillie who went out of her way to get me a hot matcha, I desperately needed which is my go to drink. Good morning, We have stayed at The Hotel Bristol Berlin which is located at Kurfürstendamm 27, 10719 Berlin, Germany, from 28th June to 6th July, room 132 with my wife and son, The service in all areas from reception to room service to restaurant was just so friendly and professional and generous when we needed anything. Beautiful hotel l, lovely clean rooms, brilliant staff, perfect location.

Great hotel conveniently located on Kurfürstendamm. The room was bright, comfortable, and clean upon arrival. However, the daily housekeeping could have been better. The bed was made each day, but towels were not replaced and the coffee supplies were not restocked. Overall, it offers good value for money and I would recommend it.
