Great hotel and location
Great location and lovely hotel, we got a train from the airport and that was very straight forward- im not sure I entirely agree with the tourist tax as they took 150 euros upfront as a deposit (although the tax was 75) I didn't get it back until I got home so that's euros I didn't get to spend in berlin ! We got a hop on hop off bus right outside the hotel although I feel most things can actually be walked to if your fit enough! Great trip and will 100% be back.

Good stay with Pros and Cons
Great Hotel including clean and great rooms. Very good breakfast. Good stay overall, BUT no price transparency on additional services like Spa, Lounge and parking extra services. And 7 Euro for a small beer..are you kidding? Im a regular business traveller and this is the worsest value for money I ever experienced

Stay at the hotel for the super breakfast!
Really enjoyed my stay here for Berlin marathon. Room was very comfortable and I received super welcome gifts including macrons and a small bottle of wine. The breakfast was superb and all the staff there were a delight especially Halima. There was so much choice and you could even help yourself to a glass of fizz on the weekends. I enjoyed a swim in the pool and the hotel was in a good location by the zoo. I had a slight issue securing a late checkout but this was rectified quickly. Overall a super stay!

First holiday in Berlin
A very enjoyable stay, location was ideal for us - bus outside doot and a short walk to S & U stations. We arrived early and were able to leave our bags and offered use of the leisure area until our room was ready. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and a different juice shot each morning on arrival. Leisure area very good, didn't use sauna but swimming pool was a good size, massage options with discount if you book on arrival. Wifi really good throughout hotel. Bar in hotel closes before 11 as does Gin cocktail bar but other options closeby if you want to stay out late. When checking in at reception it is all online so took us a little bit longer to do but we weren't rushed. Bottle of water and tea/coffee making facilities in room, also small fridge for you use
