A wonderful hotel
Stayed here for four nights 7-11 august with my partner. This is a fantastic hotel which simply merits 5 stars. Breakfast was amazing. Top quality food and lots of choice. We had a business room even though we were on a city break. Shower was great and the toilet seat even lifted for you if you were close!!! The bed and pillows were great too. Just one one last point, the staff were very attentitive especially the young man on concierge. Very helpful. Special mention to him.if ever in Berlin again this is where I would stay without hesitation.

What a hotel. Don't hesitate in booking it!
The Hotel Palace Berlin was a 5 star experience. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and there were lots of lovely extras like welcome chocolates and a note welcoming us to Berlin. The breakfast selection was excellent with so many options available, and oh my goodness the bread was delicious. Especially the pretzel croissants. The swimming pool and gym were a huge bonus especially after a few days sight seeing. The hotel is conveniently located to lots of shops and restaurants if you don't fancy travelling too far, and the zoo is literally over the road. Speaking of roads, mind out for bikes when crossing the road as there are cycle lanes on the pavements and you don't want to get taken out by a cyclist! As part of our room rate, we had access to the Club Lounge which offers soft and alcohol drinks and delicious snacks. It was on the 7th floor so has great views across the city and zoo. The staff were lovely and it was a nice quiet escape from the busyness outside. All in all, a fantastic hotel and we would highly recommend it.

Excellent
Not my first time and it won’t be my last time in this hotel. The staff are helpful, polite and do the best to make your stay feel like home. The room is in great size, clean with a comfortable bed. The breakfast is great and staff there take care of all details.

Best Place to Stay for Many Reasons
The best place to stay in Berlin. We spent two nights there from 30th of July to 1st of August. The room was quite big, comfortable and clean. All staff members were kind, smiling and helpful. The location is perfect. You can literally work anywhere. The Berlin Zoo is just across the hotel. The shopping district is a few minutes away. And you can easily find any kind of food you want. It is really close to the Zoologischer Garten Station from which you can reach anywhere. We highly recommend the hotel.
