EXCELLENT STAY
The Hotel is Fantastic , the team ready to help you on and for everything , the room large with external veranta , superb Breakfast . Highly recommend the property for stay in Berlin

Great Service. Excellent Breakfast
We had an executive suite which was great for a family of 3. Nice sized bathroom, with a small dressing area and walk in closet. What would have made it perfect was if the toilet was one with the Japanese washlet in a separate enclosure. Service was excellent. Having turn down service at night replacing amenities is a plus. Their Breakfast service is among the best we have enjoyed, as it is a perk we seek in hotels. Theirs is truly 5 star with the quality of the food. Fresh and by order. Their restaurant Qui is excellent. Whle Potsdamer Plaza is a great area, it is rather "too corporate" for us. We would have preferred to stay in Charlottenberg which is closer to shopping and fine dining.

Exceptional Stay
I love the service at this hotel. If I ever have any questions or concerns, they’re always available to answer and address it. The hotel is conveniently close to all activities and the train stations to get to where I want to go. If I ever come back to Berlin, I would definitely go to this hotel.

Birthday weekend
Great hotel close to everything in Berlin. Staff were great and so polite. Our room was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. We had a room with a large living area and eating area so if you are going self catering this is a good hotel to stay

Fantastic hotel in great location
Room was incredible - the suite was even bigger than we thought with everything you needed and then some. Great attention to detail down to the comfortable beds, big clean and modern bathrooms, tons of storage space so you didn't feel cramped and the staff was fantastic all the way around. We ate at Facil one night which was really cool to actually only have to take the elevator to a Michelin star restaurant :). We would absolutely stay there again on our next Berlin trip.
