Superb stay
Great hotel. Extremely friendly staff. Our room was very spacious with large bathroom , nice kitchenette and a walking closet. Large windows. Extremely clean room. location was perfect. Will definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Best experience
This hotel is really relaxing. They care so much that they showed the champions league final on the big screen of the bar. The room was pretty big with a really nice view. The location was pretty good since we were in the city. The only problem is the price of the Michelin restaurant.

Good stay
Good stay. Comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Good location for culture area. Brandenburg Gate and Unter den Linden easy to walk to and 10 minute bus to the Memorial Church.

Excellent Experience
The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and to help in every way I asked. There was a mix up with the arrival date (my fault!) and they did everything possible to get me a room for that first night and so that I wouldn't have to switch rooms. They assisted with directions (printed step-by-step instructions for the route I chose), recommendations, and even help getting to the a doctor. The rooms were clean, the staff very attentive, and the location cannot be matched. Kudos to a job exceptionally well done!
