excellent stay
We truly enjoyed our stay at the Mandala Hotel - everything was perfect from the check in welcome to the breakfast and evening at the bar. The room was comfortable and bright, also very soundproof which is important for us. Staff made us feel welcomed and at home - we'll be back.

Hotel experience
We were visiting for the Berlin Half marathon, the hotel offered everything we needed and more! Welcoming and helpful staff, a real food experience, comfortable room, and easy walk to the start and finish of the race. Plus the run actually went past the hotel, so a great location for my husband to see me. The only slight difficulty we found was working the shower, but it was very useful to have a bath as well.

How can I fault this hotel? Let me count the ways:
None! I simply can’t. The room was palatial, who needs a bathroom balcony, in addition to the main balcony? Me, I do now apparently. The location was fantastic, a minute from the U-Bahn, a minute from Cirque du Soleil, 15 seconds from Goodies (the best bad food you’ll eat (their words, but I can’t disagree)), and 2 minutes from one of the stops for the open top bus tours. The staff were all wonderful, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Sadly didn’t have a chance to experience the spa, so can’t comment on that, but I’m a big fan of The Mandala and would definitely come back.

Great Clean hotel located in a business district with a lot of sights and cafes and restaurants around. Close walk to touristic sites and right next to a station for public transport if needed.

Excellent stay
That's the 3rd time we go to the Mandala. We confirm again the excellent experience we already have. High service standards including Ono spa & massage, perfect location, top class Breakfast and excellent food & cocktail at the Qiu Bar. The hotel is modern & design, large room impeccably clean. This confirms all the good we think about this hotel, we will certainly come back. Home run.
