A notch above the big chain 5 star hotel
If you would like to spend a summer weekend in central Berlin in an opulent atmosphere, away from the crowds in the big chains hotels, and enjoy private attention and impeccable service, and spacious well-appointed rooms, go for the Mandala Hotel, and make sure you book their weekend rate, so the delightful weekend does not break the bank. And you may be luck to meet Arslanova Jasmina at the reception: She will miraculously check you in early and make sure your stay is comfortable with a charming accent.

Cool style and excellent service
Trendy and cool hotel, perfectly located for Berlin sightseeing. Excellent service and breakfast. Good underground parking facilities with direct access to the hotel.

Not a 5-star experience - outdated hotel
I’m surprised that the Mandala has a 5-star rating. The hotel is dated and needs a general renovation. I booked an executive suite - not worth it. Amenities were scares and service level low

The Mandala was an excellent hotel and we will stay here again. The location was great and the rooms and service were all amazing. Thank you for a great experience!!

Not Worth It!
I stayed here in July 2025 and had a terrible experience. The room was absolutely freezing and I was told it could only be made colder and there was no heating. There was a radiator but they had switched them all off to save costs. The manager was rude and came into the room when the no entry sign was on. They also charge customers for water. Really disappointing from a ‘5 star’ hotel and I will not be coming back.
