Bellevue Palace

We had a great stay at the Bellevue Palace. Great service, excellent food at the Noumi, relaxed atmosphere despite grand hotel with tradition.

My stay at Bellevue Palace Bern was absolutely exceptional and truly memorable. The hotel embodies timeless elegance, refined comfort and a level of service that immediately sets it apart. The rooms are superb, spacious and beautifully maintained, offering an atmosphere of quiet luxury. The heated floors are a wonderful and thoughtful detail, especially during cold days, creating a warm and incredibly welcoming feeling when returning to the room. The entire team deserves the highest praise. Every member of staff is extremely professional, attentive and highly competent, delivering service with natural elegance and genuine care. Everything runs seamlessly, making guests feel truly valued and relaxed throughout their stay. The dining experience is equally impressive, with consistently excellent food, beautifully presented and enjoyed in elegant, atmospheric spaces that reflect the hotel’s refined character. Breakfast is outstanding in every way. It is extremely varied, complete and generous, offering a wide range of high quality options, all fresh and delicious. Every detail, from the cuisine to the interiors and the overall ambiance seen in the photos, confirms that Bellevue Palace Bern is a place of true excellence and an unforgettable destination. Without a doubt, I will stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Bern.

Our stay was nothing short of magical! The hotel decoration for Christmas is truly stunning and unique, so you feel the Christmas is just around the corner. Our room was so spacious and had beautiful views with Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau! The service is exceptional and we felt taken care of! And location of the hotel is just in the center of Bern, and it is easy to explore Christmas markets and iconic sights from there. Thank you for everything!

My recent stay at the Bellevue Palace was exceptional and I can say with absolute confidence that I will stay here every time I return to Bern. The staff were warm and welcoming and the hotel was in immaculate condition. One of the highlights of my stay was learning about the history of the hotel and its connection to the neighboring government buildings. I had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager Mr. Bührer, and I would like to extend my gratitude to Thomas, Joana, Shana, and the restaurant manager at Noumi, all of whom took exceptional care of us. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Every detail of our stay was handled with care, making our entire experience wonderful. I look forward to returning soon.

We had such a great stay at this hotel in Bren! The staff were super nice and welcoming, they really made us feel at home. Our room was big, clean, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. I loved the little touches, like the evening room service and the small chocolate left on the bed every night, such a sweet detail! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station and the city center. It was so easy to get around, do some shopping, and then come back to the room to relax whenever we wanted. Overall, I was really happy with our stay and would definitely come back!
