Appalling Experince
As if a truly appalling experience at this hotel is not enough you then take time to write to Alejandro Reynal CEO informing him in private of your experience not once but twice and you do not bother to respond, it is no wonder we experienced the stay we did when the CEO cannot be bothered to respond to a letter from a guest!

Wonderful Stay
Great trip, wonderful room, secluded pool friendly staff. It’s worth the price. If you are worried about sticker shock go elsewhere. We will return

booked a table for my holiday to LA beverly wilshire hotel sit down power lunch. i have to say staff were very friendly and food was lovely.will be booking again for business lunchs and pleasure.i took lots of pictures.i would advise any one visiting to check it out.

Comfortable hotel
Beautiful estate right next to Rodeo drive. Comfortable, modern and clean rooms. Would definitely stay here again. Swimming pool a bit underwhelming as it’s quite small.

Beverly Hills & no less
This was par none. The service is in a class of its own. Our rooms were immaculate and anything was a phone call away. Bell service went out of their way to help us. The lounge dining was fabulous. Small, intimate outdoor gym but who cares when you are working out next to celebrities. Pool was very nice with a tidy but tasty coastal Mexican diner aplomb. I would definitely go back.
