Reviews for Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel

Nice hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

We stayed at the Peninsula and the other Four Seasons in the past and wanted to try the Wilshire this time to compare them all. - The food at the BLVD is really good and the staff is very attentive - very well located if you want to shop - room is nice and renovated with plenty of space (we got a suite) But: - the pool is very small. The Peninsula and the other Four Seasons offer a bigger pool - issues with the room service 3 times (this is something I truly dislike when I travel) - because of its location it's louder than the other two hotels - although the room is modernized, the rest of the hotel looks old - complimentary car service is not really complimentary like the other hotels we stayed at. We still tipped the driver I'll go to: - Peninsula for the prestige service - Wilshire for the location - The other Four Seasons for the pool and Culina restaurant (which I love)

From Michael at the concierge to Andre and Owen and Vanessa at the front desk, Remus in the spa and everybody in BVLD who served me all weekend, made me a consistent loyal list of the four seasons and very appreciative for the above and beyond service. The cherry on top was Jonathan from housekeeping ensuring I had my new suit tailored in time for the business meeting, without me having to leave the hotel. Great experience, there’s a reason they are in business and make you feel better than you do at home.

I wanna go back!!

I’ve never been to LA and we weren’t sure where to stay. I LOVED this property. It is very nice and the location was fun. Right in the action and walkable for shopping and good food. The service was impeccable! They helped us arrange a car service to a football game. That could not have been easier or gone more smoothly. Perfect stay. It’s pricey but worth it.

This was not my first stay at this hotel. I come back for the location and the staff. The hotel itself is showing its age. I was upgraded to a suite, which was very spacious with a separate sitting area. The bed was comfortable , the closet space was small. The bathroom was very big with a shower, a soaking tub , a makeup table but only a single sink. Truly one of my pet peeves in a suite is to share the sink. The water pressure of the shower was vey good and they had plenty towels for both of us. The grounds are well kept, the breakfast area is very nice but the menu is very limited, specially for someone who is gluten free. Overall we had a lovely time becuase the service was amazing. I will definitely go back. I give it my GoldnAdvice seal of approval.

Beverly Hills Glamor and Excellence

We stayed at the Beverly Wilshire recently when in Los Angeles. The hotel is on Wilshire Blvd right at Rodeo Drive so perfectly located to enjoy Beverly Hills shopping (Brunello Cucinelli, Tiffany’s right out my window) and snacking (Erewhon right around the corner). The service was excellent as usual with Four Seasons and the hotel rooms and facilities were also wonderful and modern. I was upgraded to a suite with a view of Rodeo Drive so that was lovely. We loved the dressing tables in the bathroom! Everything was great. I’ll definitely return when back in the area.
