From the moment I arrived at the Beverly Wilshire in Los Angeles, I knew this trip was going to be unforgettable but I had no idea just how magical it would be. First and foremost: Jose. He deserves every wonderful, glowing, extravagant adjective in the dictionary. Jose didn’t just offer great service, he elevated my entire experience. He opened doors with Hollywood flair, took photos with us and for us like a true pro, and genuinely made me feel like the tourist superstar I apparently am! He delivered the full “Pretty Woman” moment and then some. He was exceptional, unforgettable, and truly the heart of my stay. Secondly: the restaurant and bar staff. I honestly could not have felt more cared for or more special. Every single person was attentive, warm, and effortlessly charming. The level of service made me feel like Julia Roberts after Richard Gere sweeps her off her feet, completely spoiled in the most fabulous way. Whether it was the food, the atmosphere, or (let’s be honest!) the amazing drinks, everything was flawless. I came all the way from the UK for a special birthday, and it ended up being even better than I imagined. The Beverly Wilshire isn’t just a beautiful hotel, it’s the people who make it extraordinary. I truly can’t speak highly enough of the staff, the service, and the entire experience. A million thank-yous to everyone who made my birthday sparkle. I’ll be talking about this trip for years!

We stayed at the Peninsula and the other Four Seasons in the past and wanted to try the Wilshire this time to compare them all. - The food at the BLVD is really good and the staff is very attentive - very well located if you want to shop - room is nice and renovated with plenty of space (we got a suite) But: - the pool is very small. The Peninsula and the other Four Seasons offer a bigger pool - issues with the room service 3 times (this is something I truly dislike when I travel) - because of its location it's louder than the other two hotels - although the room is modernized, the rest of the hotel looks old - complimentary car service is not really complimentary like the other hotels we stayed at. We still tipped the driver I'll go to: - Peninsula for the prestige service - Wilshire for the location - The other Four Seasons for the pool and Culina restaurant (which I love)

From Michael at the concierge to Andre and Owen and Vanessa at the front desk, Remus in the spa and everybody in BVLD who served me all weekend, made me a consistent loyal list of the four seasons and very appreciative for the above and beyond service. The cherry on top was Jonathan from housekeeping ensuring I had my new suit tailored in time for the business meeting, without me having to leave the hotel. Great experience, there’s a reason they are in business and make you feel better than you do at home.

I’ve never been to LA and we weren’t sure where to stay. I LOVED this property. It is very nice and the location was fun. Right in the action and walkable for shopping and good food. The service was impeccable! They helped us arrange a car service to a football game. That could not have been easier or gone more smoothly. Perfect stay. It’s pricey but worth it.
