Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel

We stayed at the governor suite, and it’s safe to say we were more than disappointed. There were leftover tapes on the door, coffee stains on the table, the floor was sticky, all when we arrived. And they didn’t clean it the whole time we stayed here. The shower didn’t work, there was no hot water. Some of the workers were also rude. The biggest (and probably only) positive I can say was the waiters during breakfast and lunch. They were sweet and helpful, and the food was also very nice.

We stayed here after travelling from London on our way to Bora Bora for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. At check in we were greeted by the MOST delightful lady Irena who strangely had been to the same hotel in Bora Bora that we were staying at !!! She was so helpful and explained all about the hotel etc - she said " I talk too much (!!) " - you don't talk too much Irena - trust me if everyone in the world was like you the world would be a better place !!! This is a great hotel - spotless clean - lovely pool and the location cannot be beaton you are literally on Rodeo Drive - breakfast was another highlight and the gentleman who served us Pablo was just fantastic. GREAT GREAT hotel and thoroughly recommeded,

As if a truly appalling experience at this hotel is not enough you then take time to write to Alejandro Reynal CEO informing him in private of your experience not once but twice and you do not bother to respond, it is no wonder we experienced the stay we did when the CEO cannot be bothered to respond to a letter from a guest!

Great trip, wonderful room, secluded pool friendly staff. It’s worth the price. If you are worried about sticker shock go elsewhere. We will return

booked a table for my holiday to LA beverly wilshire hotel sit down power lunch. i have to say staff were very friendly and food was lovely.will be booking again for business lunchs and pleasure.i took lots of pictures.i would advise any one visiting to check it out.
