The hotel is located right on the iconic Rodeo Drive, within easy walking distance of all the high-end boutiques and restaurants in the area. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, always focused on guest comfort. There was an issue with the elevator for two days, and the team made every effort to accommodate guests during this time. As I was on the fifth floor, I used the stairs when needed. Our initial room was on the tenth floor and featured a large balcony. It was a beautiful space, offering lovely city views at night and during sunrise. Unfortunately, there was consistent elevator noise in that room, both day and night. The staff responded promptly and arranged an alternative room, even offering an upgrade. The new room was on the fifth floor; while comfortable, it did not include a balcony. We had breakfast every morning. Room service breakfast had a wait time of approximately 45 minutes, so I would recommend placing the order at least an hour in advance. I preferred the in-room breakfast menu, as the restaurant offered more limited options. The fresh orange juice is a must-try. The avocado toast was excellent, while the French toast was ok. The spa is a must-try. I had a rejuvenating facial and used the steam room beforehand as recommended by the spa staff. The products used left my skin glowing and significantly improved my dry skin. I also had my hair and makeup done—both artists were highly creative, attentive, and open to adjustments, ensuring I was completely happy with the final look. The pool area is very quiet and relaxing. If you are visiting Los Angeles for the Grammys, this is an excellent hotel choice.

Absolutely blown away from the minute we arrived. It was our first time staying here and we would definitely recommend it to anyone. From the valet and reception staff to the waiting and room service teams, the service couldn’t be faulted. The room was fantastic, with a great view of the hills (Room 1285), and the cleanliness was immaculate. Nothing was too much trouble—everyone went above and beyond. We also dined at the Michelin-star restaurant on site, Cut, and can absolutely confirm it’s a must-visit. The only downside was having to leave and go home!

We have just completed our second stay at this hotel over the New Year period. We had an amazing time for our first stay and thought it couldn’t be any better - we were wrong! From the moment we arrived we were greeted like long lost friends. Irene and Andre from front desk were both exceptional and always waved and smiled as we walked through the reception area. Michael (Concierge) booked all of our restaurants for us during our 8 nights and we always got a great table - even in some notoriously difficult to reserve restaurants We spent New Years Eve in Cut Lounge which was fabulous - probably the best NYE experience we have. Our room was the one bedroom corner Beverly suite on level 11 which was a fantastic size and beautifully furnished. It was so good we have already booked to come back in the same room category for the same dates this year. Thanks to all of the amazing staff at a truly great hotel

Whenever we come to Los Angeles, we stay at this hotel. Not only for the luxury and amenities, but also for the wonderful people who work there. Everyone, absolutely everyone, is an excellent person who is always willing to help with a kind smile. It's no coincidence that people have been working there for so many years. The only bad thing about this hotel is when you have to leave; I never want to leave. Thank you for everything, and we'll see you soon.

he Beverly Wilshire is a timeless hotel with an incredible sense of history. From the moment you arrive, you feel the legacy of the property—truly a remarkable piece of Los Angeles history. The service reflects that pedigree as well: polished, attentive, and professional throughout the stay. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, but what really elevated the experience was the service. The staff went above and beyond, turning a simple meal into a memorable part of the visit. That said, the hotel itself is very dated and in serious need of an update. For a property carrying the Four Seasons flag, this was genuinely surprising. While the history and service remain strong, the physical condition of the rooms and common areas no longer align with the expectations of the brand. A historic icon with outstanding service—but one that is overdue for a thoughtful renovation.
