Excellent Home Away from Home while in Los Angeles!
Everything... Location, Atmosphere, Cleanliness, The Most Professional / Personable People along with Amenities are Top Notch! The Best in every way. We have visited several times over the years and have really enjoyed the experience. The pool area has been updated and looks Great! The only suggestion is that it is time to do some refreshing on the suits. Most of the furniture has been used for close to 10 or more years and is starting to look tired, outdated and a bit worn out. Please don't take this as a Huge negative. We Love L'Ermitage Beverly Hills and would never stay anywhere else while in Los Angeles.

Absolute 5 Star Service and Experience.
The Hotel is absolutely wonderful in every way. The rooms are so spacious, clean and comfortable, the services available at the hotel, the valet and all the staff in every department were all amazing and so extremely helpful. The location is perfect, close to everything, yet just far enough away from the hustle. Valet cost per night is a little expensive, other than that, I loved my stay here and will definitely be back.

Outstanding in every way!
OUTSTANDING! It has been hard to put into words to describe this hotel, but here goes. This hotel felt more like a home than a hotel from the second we arrived. The staff was exceptional, the decor was impeccable and the rooms...this all suite hotel was exactly what we were looking for as a family. Having the space to move around, get ready, relax, enjoy snacks, waking up slowly and drifting off to sleep at night was delicious. All of the staff were attentive, friendly, accommodating and efficient. Smiles each morning and evening greeted us at every turn. We ate in both restaurants and the food and service were both fantastic. The rooms were clean, super quiet and very private. Our 8th floor balcony overlooked the Hills and we got an amazing sunrise peeking over the mountains every morning. We would recommend this hotel over and over and over. Don't wait to book this one. It is simply a NO BRAINER

Now THIS is Beverly Hills Style!
Great experience at this hotel. From spacious rooms, to complimentary car service within two miles, to welcome gift of embroidered initials on pillowcases made this stay very memorable. Staff are genuinely nice and helpful as well. Highly recommend!
