L'Ermitage Beverly Hills

Elegant hotel in a great location. The staff was exceptionally attentive and extremely personable. Our suite was as functional as it was beautiful. It was very clean and very quiet. There are great views from the rooftop pool restaurant. There is a complementary car service available for destinations within a 2 mile radius which we used to go to LACMA. Everything was wonderful. We highly recommend it and we will stay there again our next trip to LA.

I booked the Rotunda room for a private dinner program. Phoebe, my Sales contact, was excellent: she responded to emails quickly, organized a virtual site inspection (for me) and an in-person site inspection for my local colleague, honored my (multiple requests), and stayed late to meet me and ensure that everything was OK on the night of the meeting. Great attention to detail and execution. Daniel, on the banquet staff, was also exceptional: both during the event and serving at Poza, the rooftop bar, where I ate the previous evening. (Great views and Modelo Negra!) He remembers people's names, offers rooftop guests blankets, etc.: a professional. The valet and doormen were also very friendly and helpful. The space is perfect for 36 people. It's very contained, which provides intimacy and in conducive to guest interaction. There are floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to a verdant courtyard, tall ceilings, and nice acoustics. An adjoining room can be used for pre/post-dinner networking, and there's space outside the room for a registration table. Lastly, the location was convenient for our guests coming from around Los Angeles, especially the UCLA Medical Center attendees. The neighborhood is beautiful, and street parking was available.

Absolutely loved my stay at L’Ermitage Beverly Hills! The hotel was beautiful, the service was fantastic and the location was perfect for exploring Beverly Hills and the surrounding areas. Everything was so convenient, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return next time I’m in LA.

This was our first stay, and we are so happy we decided to try out this property. We usually stay at the Four Seasons when in town, and were unsure how Lermitage would compare. And they exceeded our expectations, as they are truly a Forbes five star property, and you feel/experience from the moment you arrive. Service is stellar! True luxury! Looking forward to our next stay.
