I stayed at Maison 140 Beverly Hills for almost a month and the hotel itself was ok for the price in Beverly Hills . I wanted to write this review to say a big thank you to Andrea at reception. Andrea truly made my stay special. She was always friendly, welcoming, and willing to help, whether it was sharing great tips about local areas and day trips or assisting with any request. She did everything with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Her kindness and professionalism were the highlight of my visit. Thank you, Andrea!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hotel administrator, Adriana. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Thanks to her recommendations, I discovered many wonderful attractions I had never heard of before. Adriana also suggested fantastic restaurants and charming places to enjoy delicious food and spend quality time. Her care and thoughtful advice truly made my stay at the hotel and in the city special. Thank you, Adriana, for your warmth and professionalism!

Maison 140 is one of the most reasonably priced hotels in the heart Beverly Hills. The location can’t be beat. To top it of,f it has the coolest little bar and best bartender, Randy. The front desk staff are always so pleasant and helpful.

had an early appointment in BH so decided to book a little getaway and unfortunately I chose Maison 140. I check in fine and go to the room , it reeks with sewage smell and was disgusting. I go down to the front desk and the front desk gives me hard time with oh the hotel is booked we don’t have rooms made me stand for 10 minutes until the magical room appears and was able to switch me. Go to the second room and it was smelling like mold, bugs and finger nails under the glass screen on the night stand and the desk, a hair ball in the shower, towels had some bodily fluids in one of them, Blood on the pillow. This is the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been at it was too late to look for other hotels so spent the night and was out by 7 am the next day. After leaving front desk didn’t care of getting the feedback. Lastly I was charged with resort fee, called to get it removed still waiting on the call back from the manager!!!

Judy in the front is awesome and so are the rest of the check in team. Housekeeping does a great job and bedding is outstanding. I highly recommend the hotel. More: Getting a hotel in the golden triangle for under 200$s is hard to find. Love the cool room aesthetics. Only downside is the ac unit is a tad noisy. The front desk team is off the chain and the housekeeping staff is quick to act.
