John amazing customer service 10/10
I wanted to write this review, especially for John because he was amazing. Honestly, we had a terrible stay, but John made it so much better. He went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable in the atmosphere. He is truly so sweet and dedicated to his job. My friend and I were treated poorly by the other employee, and he made sure to make sure our experience was amazing in the end.

First time in Beverly Hills
I came to Beverly Hills on a business trip and my client set me up with a reservation at the Hotel Lili. It was perfect for my needs! Attentive staff (shout out to Judy!), upscale vibe, amenities available both on property and through their sister property 1 block away. Best of all, a great location on a quiet street but close to all that the town has to offer. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is kept clean and well maintained. A nice boutique near Rodeo dr. The service stood out to me, as I went down to see if there was any other available rooms to move to since the initial one did not have a desk to work at. So Nika went out of his way to help my request and was able to get me to a room with a desk which helped my stay ! He was quick and attentive to my request and showed no pushback to accommodate.

Hidden Secret is out !
My husband and I absolutely loved our visit here at the Hotel Lili and it is too good not to share the secret ! It has the specialness of being both comfortable with just the right amount of elegance - true perfection! We adored Judy who greeted us each night we came 'home' because she made us feel like family not just just a 'customer' . We look forward to coming again soon for a stay !

Great business stay
