The Spa day was a truly pleasant experience, it's a beautiful and relaxing place to be in, however what definitely elevated the experience was the professionals taking care of the guests. Miss Yvanna was outstanding, warmly welcoming at the reception, and then making sure you have a wonderful Spa day in a gentle and professional way. Memorable experience, definitely recommend.

We loved our experience from the moment we checked in. Rooms were beautiful. Service was outstanding. Fox the concierge, seasoned and knows his stuff. We enjoyed speaking to him even if we didn't need anything. BMW house car fabulous. Location terrific. One nit was that breakfast was a bit slow but other than that can't wait to return.

Warning!!!!!! The hotel is under construction. They would never tell you that despite thousands of dollars spend to stay here. Construction started at 6am daily. What a disgrace. No apologies. Nothing. Pathetic. The staff is a bunch of smarmy punks. Classless. There are many of high end properties to stay at in Beverly Hills. I will never stay here again.

The Maybourne is a fine hotel. The location is fantastic as it is just a few blocks from Rodeo Drive. The vibe is a mix of traditional glamour and California luxury. The decor is nice but a bit staid. This is an upscale hotel that is a bit "snooty." That is to be expected given its location. It is a hotel with good service, a nice pool and comfortable suites. The food is quite good, but outrageously priced. We were underwhelmed by the service and food at Dante restaurant. It was crowded, but we had a nice view of the LA skyline and Hollywood Hills. The rooftop pool is quite nice, but the service is uneven. Would I return? Probably not as there are newer, more modern hotels that are less expensive. However, if you want a luxurious experience and a perfect location, this is the place for you.

Great hotel in great location. A little bit more low key than other properties we've visited in Beverly Hills but we loved it. Great service, nice rooms, bathrooms are a bit outdated. There was a little coffee shop/bakery by the lobby which was great for a quick bite. Nice but crowded pool area.
