Hotel itself was good but customer service was bad. They didn’t have the suite available that I booked and paid for and tried to sneak us into a regular room without telling me. The offered free parking to compensate and then charged me anyway. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again

The hotel and pool are magnificent, but the two charming and extremely professional team members, Miss Cynthia at the Front Desk and Mr. Robert at the bar are the heart of the hotel experience and are the reason we’ll become regulars thanks to their incredible service and kindness. To the owners, President/CEO, board members: thank you for having such wonderful staff at your beautiful hotel!

Excellent property to relax and come home to after a day of business. Staff is outstanding, room is comfortable and clean. One wish is that dining or room service would be available in the evening, but it won't stop us from returning. One highlight is the extra efforts staff provided (heart-fully) to make things so easy for us.

This hotel was a terrible experience for my family with a super tiny room, uncomfortable beds and pillows, air conditioning that didn’t work half the time, small bathroom, and a shower with no door.
