SLS Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Beverly Hills

We stayed at SLS every year with my family for the last 10 years... it had always been a pleasant and exceptional experience... However, started from last year 2025 March... Our family drove down from San Diego to LA and staying at SLS. When we arrived and unloading to check in... I told the valet, we wont be parking over night at the hotel and just needed to check in and then I will leave. The Valet was rude and told us that we need to be quick as we could not stop in the hotel while checking in.... I have never been to a hotel with such requirement for checking in guest not able to temporary park for checking in..... Then this year 2026 March... we wanted to give SLS another opportunity to see if the experience from last year was an isolated incident.... This year we have 2 bookings (one from myself and one from my wife) stayed for 2 nights.... Prior to our arrival, we received email from the Guest Relation manager Alex Bastovanov and asked us to complete our a form... However, we mentioned about the past experience, my wife's birthday... We did not get a response from Alex at all about our request... and there was no mention at check in nor any celebration for our stay... No issue with parking this year.... However, at check out this year, our room charges for the 2 nights were incorrect. invoice emailed to us with another guest names (privacy breached).... I called 3 times to try to get this resolved but every time, the rep said (Jenny Oriana and Norita), they will have manager or accounting staff to email or call.... never received and response until the 4th call.....when the email came back for discrepancy... there was no apologies ... just simply, see attached for refund.... and it was incorrect again from the accounting staff Eduardo Lorenzo. it was very disappointing for the experience... not sure what happening in the last couple years as the service has gone downhill tremendously... and how is this considered Luxury collection... when the service level is sub par..,.. and not to mention it is in Beverly Hill.

Great hotel! The size of the rooms is great, service is very generous and the location is good as well. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast. Sebastian made our experience brighter with his wonderful service. His welcoming personality gave us an energy boost before our coffees arrived. Sebastian’s service was above and beyond. We will be back tomorrow! :)

Had an amazing time at LADiDa for Bloom Brunch at SLS Beverly Hills. The atmosphere was vibrant and beautifully curated, the food and cocktails were creative and delicious, and the service truly stood out. Special thanks to Shelby at the bar. We’ll definitely be back.

HOW IS IT BETTER EVERY TIME WE COME?! We met at the SLS for the first time and each of us lives only a few miles away. It is our only staycation spot and everyone here has made us feel like families since our very first night in one of the extraordinary suites. Vanessa is as unwaveringly warm and masterful at management as she is unflappable. Everyone at the reception desk seems to love their job. The food served at their lobby lounge restaurant THE NOOK and on The gorgeous rooftop never disappoints. When the vegan menu is in play, we are in heaven! DANE, SHELBY, ANDY and EVERYONE working tge rooftop is exceptional. Everybody greets us like their returning friends. The music pumps up there and your spirit is dancing from the lounge chair. When we want quiet, we close the curtains, kick on our JBL speaker and let our sweet suite do its thing to our spirits. Otherwise, it’s the very groovy fire lounges, and the sexy rooftop. Hospitality is the name of the game here — for us the SLS acronym stands for.Stupidly Luxurious Staycation.

Sebastian was our sever and he is AMAZING. Super genuine and hospitable. He deserves a raise and lots of love. ❤️
