Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills

The hotel was strategically located for us due to an event in which we were participating. The hotel environment was calming, and the room was immaculate, and we had a comfortable stay. A very, very special shirt was accidently left in the closet and remembered when we were nearly home. We immediately called the hotel and were referred to the security manager on duty. The shirt was found, and Fok Kunfai emailed instructions to us to create a label using FedEx Guest. The FedEx website kept forcing us to create a label to require the hotel to drop off the package, this was confusing because we did not know where the closest FedEx office was located, we deleted that label. After several hours of attempting to create a label for PICKUP, we then contacted the hotel and explained the situation. The operator referred us to concierge, concierge referred us to security, the security individual referred us to 800GOFedEx. The call to FedEx did not solve the problem and unfortunately all the individuals at the hotel forwarding our call on did not relay that the FedEx office was right next door! The hotel gives you 72 hours to create a label and email it back so the item can be returned, were worried about meeting the timeline. After using a business account, we were FINALLY able to force the FedEx website to create a label for FedEx PICKUP. We called the hotel to get in direct contact with the security manager on duty so we could email the label so as not go over the time limit. After all that attempt to create a label for a FedEx PICKUP and calling the hotel explaining the issue!! Carlos Hill, security manager on duty, apologized for all the confusion and shared with us the FedEx office was right next door, and he would walk it over!! Carlos was so kind and assured us he would secure the shirt, package it, and personally take it to the FedEx office himself. Carlos promised he would then send us a confirmation email when the package was dropped off, which he did. We also received confirmation from FedEx on the expected delivery date. Carlos Hill's customer service is exceptional, and we are so grateful for care he gave us in helping to get the special shirt returned. My suggestion to Sofitel: Please add to your FedEx instructions the address location of the closest FedEx office so that can be selected when creating a return label. Thank you, CARLOS!!

I had the pleasure of attending the unveiling of Sofitel's new lobby and bar area. Wow! what a transformation! This new renovation has had made the hotel even more inviting. The bar is my absolute favorite with hints of pink accents and a gorgeous disco ball; I'll definitely be stopping by for Friday burlesque nights. The whole Sofitel team is great. A special shout out to concierge, Zervando who is always super accommodating and super well versed on the hotel and the area. He is my absolute go-to as there hasn't been anything he wasn't able to assist me with. Go to Sofitel for your stay or just to hang out you won't be disappointed with your experience.

Friendly, helpful and made us feel really comfortable the whole stay. Nothing was ever too much for them, always offering to bring the bags, open doors and get our car. Willy and Francis were a stand out with exceptional service. Thanks Sofitel.

I love the new hotel lobby and bar area look. So cute, fresh and modern. I stayed here for business and had a great time. Highly recommend Concierge Zervando- he was so helpful in giving me tips of things to do in LA to make my stay extra fun. Also loved shopping at Beverly Center right across the street. All in all a fab hotel with everything you’d want for your LA vacay. Will come back, thanks again Zervando.
