Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills

good atmosphere , rooms are dated but clean . hotel needs more technology smart tv speakers but over all very classic hotel .

great location , clean rooms , fine lobby food a bit expensive but services was great . valet a little expensive , nice pool

Housekeeping made our day with an special card for us since we were celebrating our anniversary. thank you Sofitel for such a warm stay

We chose the Sofitel for the location, which really couldn’t be better. With the mall, outlets, and CVS across the street. Service was excellent from each department - from check in, dining, housekeeping, and checkout when our billing was wrong. Rooms were outdated, with the television controls for the speakers in the bathroom! It looks like they are renovating the rooms, so I’m sure it will be beautiful. But a bit too dated for our liking. Our daughter caught a stomach bug during our stay at Disney, and housekeeping was so lovely. They had to change the sheets twice, but were so kind. One came back to bring both girls coloring books and apple juice. It was so kind as my husband and I were absolutely stressed. We booked through AMEX Hotel Collection and received free breakfast. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed the meals and French press coffee. Your staff does a wonderful job, keep up the good work. It will be an amazing place once renovations are complete.

rooms were super clean staff very friendly housekeeping on point. we will come back location very convenience restaurants and shopping center .
