We loved this hotel! The location is perfect and is in easy walking distance to Beverly Center, Bloomingdale's, and restaurants. We were there in December, so it was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Our room was a very nice size and was exceptionally clean. We were nicely surprised that turn-down service was even provided in the evening. That was the first time we have ever experienced that level of luxury even in more expensive hotels. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We were there four nights and never encountered one unpleasant staff member. The only negative we found was that at night, we could hear outside music playing all night. We had double French doors, so perhaps those allowed more noise in the room. It was not a deal-breaker though, as the front desk kindly provided earplugs for our stay. I cannot recommend this hotel strongly enough! We appreciated the wonderful experience!

First time to visit LA, we were told to stay here due to its proximity to the shopping malls adjacent to the hotel and it was also walking distance to the Framers market & The Grove. The hotel is showing its age a bit, but the service was very friendly, and the property was kept very clean. We had a patio room but unfortunately the weather was cold, so we didn't get to use this much. Sadly, the heating in our room did not work for the first few days so we really didn't get much sleep. They managed to fix it on our last night though. I would consider staying here again if I did visit LA. The hotel is expensive but considering its location, this is something for any visitor to consider. The rooms were generally quiet except for an air conditioner that switched on in the mornings.

The hotel was very well appointed, comfortable and serviceable. The fact that it was across the street from a wonderful shopping center was a great bonus. We had by mistake left our dress bag in the room closet and did not realize it until some weeks later. I called and they had found it and we were so kind to connect me with FedEx and return the garments to me. I really appreciated Mr Kunfai attention to the matter. He was very kind and available to help me. The only thing I could say better is if they when they found the dress bag in the room they had contacted me so I would’ve known right away. Thank you again for all your help was a wonderful stay and we will definitely stay there again on our return to Los Angeles
