Went to Sofitel for an Event being hosted, when I arrived I went to valet and was helped out immediately. End up leaving some personal items in the car , big inconvenience on the employees end but the valet hostess Andrea kept it very professional and helped me out expeditiously without any issues , Amazing Customer Service . Will definitely be back, solely based off of her energy ! 10/10

The front desk staff is wonderful. Especially Jorge and Eduardo. Want to thank them very much for helping me. This is at the Beverly Hills location.

Would've been nice to know there was major construction going on and that the restaurant and bars were affected. This kinda caused a let down on a surprise bday stay for my girlfriend and I

I stayed at the Sofitel purely because I’m an Accor Plus member. I also thought it would be a safe area - and it was. Upon check in was given a letter explaining I’d receive a welcome drink (I did), wifi (great, but shouldn’t this be standard?), and “A complimentary upgrade to the next room category, based on availability” - which I apparently wasn’t going to be granted. Why tell me this, when you know I’m not receiving it? They also issued me with a reusable drinks bottle to refill from the cold water dispensers on each floor. It’s a good idea and I used it daily. The rooms were clean with everything I needed (although more TV options would have been good). I liked the plantation shutters on the windows too. The in room fridge was one that was based on weight so if you took something out, you were charged for it. This means you can’t use it for your own fresh milk, etc. Frankly, I’d rather have no fridge at all. The front reception area is under a renovation and I hope this includes new couches, as the ones there are old, uncomfortable and the chair cushions smell! I also requested a late checkout twice. No one informed me if it was granted, so I asked about it a third time - and was told it was OK. However, I was still locked out of my room during the extension and had to go to reception again to sort it. Overall, a hit and miss experience.
