This hotel is the leader in hospitality in the Beverly Hills, Los Angeles area. From the management, front of house staff and valet parking they all have a genuine desire to make your stay as exceptional as it can be. I have stayed in many hotels in this area and none can beat the Sofitels hospitality. The rooms are beautiful we stayed in a suite over looking Hollywood Hills, house keeping excellent with turn down service. Concierge thank you for your restaurant recommendations and messaging, Nestor you were a great help. Restaurant for breakfast was excellent with a quick service, bar area friendly although can close early on some nights, but have a great jazz night (Monday I think) The new pool area is beautiful, sun loungers tables have been selected so tastefully. As an All Accor diamond member when you are welcomed by management and thanked for your loyalty this means a lot, other hotels in the area should learn from the Sofitel Beverly Hills, this is now my go to place when in Los Angeles and won’t stay any where else. We travel a lot and this hotel is ranked in my top 5. Thank you Sofitel for a wonderful stay.

The atmosphere is beautiful, and the decor is splendid, providing plenty to see and enjoy.

Had a 2 night stay here and had a fabulous time. The hotel is very quirky, modern and fresh. Room was very spacious and immaculate. It was my wife's birthday when we were there and a massive shout out to Nancy A, she left a card, fruit, macarons, water and a cake. Not only did she keep our room spotless, she went over and above to do this for her and after a very long day it was well received. I vote for Nancy A as employee of the year!!!
