Event-Business meeting. Very beautiful hotel, loved the decor, music and the staff were extremely helpful. The meeting had exceptional banquet staff and easy to work with during the event planning process. Darian, Duey, Tony, Marcello were very inviting and made sure everything went smoothly. I look forward to working with you again soon. Best, MCS

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. We hosted an event here today. The hotel told us that if we wanted to hold the event here, we had to order lunch and coffee from the hotel, because they claimed outside food and drinks were not allowed. However, we had already signed the contract and paid the venue rental fee, yet they still threatened us that if we didn’t order their food, they would increase the rental price. In the end, we ordered lunch for 25 people, and they charged $45 per person, which honestly felt like robbery. If the food had been high quality, that might have been understandable, but the actual lunch looked like the picture: just rice, chicken, and a small salad. The total cost was about $1,300. I have no idea why this meal costs so much. The food quality was extremely poor — the chicken was very dry, the rice was hard, and the salad was overly sweet. In my opinion, this kind of meal is worth no more than $5. I hope others will be aware before booking events here. Also, don’t order any food here unless you’re the kind of person who randomly finds money on the street every day.

Stayed for 2 weeks. We chose this property for location and amenities. Booked through AMEX Hotel Collection which includes upgrade & breakfast. The upgrade is minimal—view of Hills. Not a bigger or better room. Also was informed the pool was closed for renovation. Very disappointing. Wish that info was on the AmEx site when we booked. I will say that the front desk crew was amazing and helpful! Breakfast is also minimal. Choice of 4 options, omelet, oatmeal, ham&cheese crossiant or “American breakfast” which is 2 eggs, bacon hash browns & toast. Does include either one glass of OJ or coffee. Other options, latte or Diet Coke not included. Usually with AmEx it’s a credit for breakfast not a preset menu. The rooms are small! But we needed a frig and micro and the hotel provided both. Very helpful on a 2-week stay. Location is great!! Walkable to everything we needed and a 24/hr CVS across the street. Overall great stay. Probably wouldn’t book through AmEx again.

I would like to formally recognize Enrique from the Valet Personnel team for his outstanding level of service. His professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail in luxury hospitality. Enrique’s commitment to guest satisfaction creates a welcoming and first-class arrival experience. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and Enrique was always on top of recommendations where to go and was very cautious when referring us to places.
