Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills

I had a wonderful experience at Sofitel Hotel. I would like to thank the entire team for the excellent service and for the beautiful renovations throughout the hotel. Everything looks fresh, elegant, and welcoming.creating such a warm and enjoyable experience A special thank you to Enrique from the Valet Department. He was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. He genuinely cares about the guests experience and goes above and beyond to be sure the guest feels welcomed and taken care of. His level of customer service is truly exceptional and makes a wonderful lasting impression. Thank you, Sofitel, for the wonderful hospitality and to the entire team, I highly recommend Sofitel and look forward to visiting again!

An excellent hotel with a wonderful location and staff. Clean rooms and great service. I would like to specially mention Jeorge for the most pleasant service. He is a wonderful, polite specialist who helped with every little detail

Staff was veryyyy helpful and nice!

Hotel is on the edge of Beverly Hills and is opposite the Beverly Centre so location wise is convenient for travel. There are a couple of sketchy blocks nearby so be careful walking at night. The room was nice, we had a suite looking at the hills. It was a bit dated and could do with some investment but perfectly functional. We don’t use the pool but it looked functional. Price wise I’d say slightly too much given the need for some investment and a relatively poor onsite bar offering. I’d recommend for a couple of nights, any longer and I’d choose elsewhere.
