Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills

My wife and two kids and I had a wonderful experience at the Waldorf in Beverly Hills. The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the amenities, including the rooftop pool and restaurant were fantastic. Most importantly, every single member of the staff we interacted with was kind and professional. We would absolutely stay here again.

Stunning hotel. 5* experience from check in to check out! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel just wish we’d stayed longer. Beautiful spacious and luxurious rooms, lovely little touches like a plate of macarons left at turndown. Used the hotel car which was so convenient and ate at the rooftop restaurant “Gemma” which was the best orange chicken I’ve ever had! Would go back in a heartbeat….. love love love ❤️

Only complaint I had was at check in the room was not ready at 4. Guest services gave us a credit for the wait. Room was excellent, get a high floor northwest view if possible, so gorgeous. We didn’t eat at any of the on property restaurants. We will next time. Pool was excellent. Staff were excellent. House Rolls-Royce car service is extra special.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and a big part of it was thanks to our waiter, Remon. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. We were especially grateful because my grandparents were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary, and Remon went above and beyond to make the occasion truly special and memorable for them. His genuine kindness and thoughtful service meant so much to our family. The hotel and rooms were also amazing!

Loved this hotel! The location is great to explore many different areas of LA, the hotel beautiful, service top notch and the breakfast was so lovely. It also has an amazing rooftop pool which gets a breeze even if its very hot out. I was there with my 2 teenagers and we couldn't have had a better experience. Everyone who works there was beyond helpful and pleasant.
