It's impossible not to fall in love with this place. This hotel is a true paradise, where we come to restore our vitality and the natural rhythm of life, enjoying moments, tastes, and sensations. The service is top-level everywhere: at the reception, in the spa, in the restaurants. We are so grateful to all of you.

During our August 2026 holiday, we had the pleasure of staying at the magnificent Hôtel du Palais Biarritz. The beautiful weather in Biarritz made our visit even more enjoyable and allowed us to fully appreciate this exceptional destination. The hotel itself is truly impressive, combining historic elegance with excellent facilities. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor seawater swimming pool, as well as the indoor pool and spa, which provided a wonderfully relaxing experience. The hospitality of the staff was outstanding throughout our stay. I would especially like to mention Nesma and Amandine from the hotel’s management team. Their exceptional kindness, attention and willingness to assist guests reflected the highest standards of hospitality. They made every effort to ensure that we had a comfortable stay and left Biarritz with wonderful memories. Breakfast is served in a beautiful restaurant with a magnificent view. Although the variety of the breakfast buffet could be improved and was relatively standard for a hotel of this level, the setting and quality of service made each morning enjoyable. One of the true highlights of our stay was Restaurant Le Sunset. It offers an excellent selection of grilled meat and seafood dishes, prepared with great skill by the talented Chef Alexandre Gemble. Every dish was beautifully executed and full of flavour. We were also deeply impressed by the warm and gracious hospitality of Camille, whose kindness and attentive service made our dining experiences even more memorable. Our stay at Hôtel du Palais was filled with beautiful moments, excellent hospitality and unforgettable dining experiences. We sincerely appreciate everyone who contributed to making our holiday so special, and we would be delighted to return.

This was a beautiful historic hotel with a great location. We were under-impressed with the actual room given the price. But having said that - the service was phenomenal and the amenities were great.

Alvaro was exceptional and made our stay at the Hôtel du Palais unforgettable. Despite a small hiccup at the start, he quickly turned things around, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Warm, professional, and attentive, he clearly cared about our experience. Nothing was too much trouble, and his attention to detail and service were outstanding—exactly what you expect from a hotel of this calibre, if not better. As long-time guests of over ten years, we know staff like Alvaro are what make the hotel so special. He transformed a potentially disappointing start into a wonderful stay. A real credit to the Hôtel du Palais and Hyatt, he deserves full recognition for his excellent service. Thank you, Alvaro, for making our stay so memorable.

Extraordinary location and atmosphere. The hotel is really a piece of art and the rooms with ocean view are incredibly beautiful and large, everything is super clean and crisp. The entire staff is super friendly and very helpful. Overall an incredible experience that will stay with us for a lifetime.
