Underwhelming
Underwhelming is the best way to describe the stay. The staff members were mostly friendly as you would expect for this resort however the drop the ball on many things. I think we were surprisingly underwhelmed by our stay. The room we were in faced the front lot and the noise of the arriving cars and people kept me awake every night. Our bathtub was unclean upon arrival & there was a white substance on the wall above our bed. Family members were with us and they had trouble getting the cribs that were requested well in advance of our stay and requested cleanings did not happen. The positive is the staff were all very friendly.

Incredible family trip
Wonderful experience with the family! Trip of a lifetime due to the Montage accommodations. Every single member of their staff provided world class customer service.
