Excellent hotel, very attentive staff, directly across from the Guggenheim Museum. The terrance overlooks the Museum and the river. Very centrally located.

Amazing location right across the street from the Guggenheim and easy walking distance (pretty too — along the river) to old town! Comfortable room, very cool lobby (check out the art — especially the clock), helpful staff. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bilbao during our trip. The location couldn’t be more perfect—it’s directly across the street from the Guggenheim Museum, which is an absolute must-see! Having such an iconic landmark right outside the door made the experience even more special. Our room was cozy and comfortable, with a great bed, bright and clean bathroom, and décor that felt modern yet welcoming. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a must with daytime temperatures reaching the mid-80s. It was also very quiet at night, and we felt completely safe with the secure key fob system for accessing the floors. We used the hotel’s garage and loved the convenience of the in-and-out valet service—it made moving around the city incredibly easy. On top of that, the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, making us feel very well cared for. Bilbao itself is an amazing town, and this hotel made exploring it even better. Between the unbeatable location, comfortable rooms, and thoughtful service, it was the perfect base for our trip. Highly recommend!

Notwithstanding a crowd of cruise passengers checking in all at once, the hotel staff were, to a person, friendly, courteous and always smiling. The hotel staff are some of the best I have encountered. This hotel is very well situated across from the Guggenheim Museum and is beautifully appointed with impressive art. One of the nicest features is breakfast in the rooftop restaurant with a magnificent view of the Museum, the Puppy and the City of Bilbao. Bilbao is an excellent spot for day trips to the outstanding City of San Sebastián and the magnificent Rioja wine region. A highly recommended hotel!

Fabulous 2 night stay. We had a terrace street view room which was perfect. It did not matter that we didn’t have a view of the Guggenheim as we were seated at the window for breakfast with outstanding views. Breakfast excellent. Hotel is perfectly located for visiting all that Bilbao has to offer. Staff welcoming and friendly offering advice when needed. Valet parking was a godsend. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
