A bucket list trip
Of course, The Guggenheim is what made me aware of Bilbao! So I decided we would stay as close as possible. This hotel is directly across the street! The roof level on 7 is open for breakfast at 7 and again for drinks til 10 pm. I have taken photos of the museum under all light conditions. Plus breakfast is vast and beautifully presented. The bathroom in our room is large with double sinks, tub and towel warmer. The room is large and quiet but the mattress is too soft for our taste.

Incredibly good!
This hotel is just perfect! Great room, great location, great staff. The breakfast was just fantastic! The concierge helped us so much, her recommendations were so helpful! The bistro in the hotel is great, small bites any time during the day! Fantastic!!!!!!

Come for the views, stay for the service
Beautiful hotel, fabulous location, outstanding service. We had a spectacular view of the Guggenheim from our hotel window. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Best of all was the service. From a warm welcome, to a great pizza restaurant recommendation, to EV charging to two cans of water left in the car upon departure, this hotel defines first class.

Good spot in Bilbao
The hotel is in a perfect location for the Guggenheim Museum. Very comfortable and clean hotel, but the design for the bathroom is quite unique. We had a very pleasant stay and the team is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our dinner at The Gallery and the breakfast buffet was also very nice.

Simply Fabulous
We stayed here after arriving early on the ferry from Portsmouth. We got checked in early which was a real bonus. Everyone we interacted with who worked in the hotel was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and the bed exceptionally comfortable. Parking was 25 euros a night but so convenient under the hotel. The position of the hotel was ideal with easy walking to everywhere. The breakfast was amazing. We only stayed in Bilbao to have a break after the ferry crossing but found the city lovely so will certainly be returning and we wouldnt stop anywhere but this hotel. Its probably one of the nicest hotels I have stopped in. Thank you everyone.
