Nicely designed comfortable room at great location with view of Guggenheim. Nice atmosphere in shared spaces and at breakfast with great selection.Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to many restaurants and places you shouldn’t miss in Bilbao.

Excellent service..staff was very helpful and welcoming. Great location next to Guggenheim, short walk to wonderful restaurants, right by bus stop for tour of Bilbao. Only 20 minutes to airport. Nice breakfast options including made to order eggs and omelettes

While the hotel overlooks the wonderful Guggenheim museum, this is sadly the only redeeming feature to this hotel. The design is utterly cold and uninviting. No warmth at all. The cleaners use a horrific pungent cleanser which necessitates open windows during the day to clear the stench. The service is very poor. The reception staff were unfortunately not in anyway useful when I was faced with an aggressive local taxi driver (not unusual I have since learned). I would like to say this is a hotel that has seen better days, but I’m not sure it ever did. Strongly avoid.
