My favorite place to stay in Billings! The rooms are beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. The staff are terrific and the food at the restaurant is incredible. The hotel is central to everything and an easy walk to all that Billings has to offer.

BEWARE; hotel at check out applied a $ 5 charge randomly. I queried it and they reversed it. A month later they sneakily charged my credit card AGAIN for the $ 5. And now my credit card company wont refund me. Ok, it's only $ 5, but who knows how much it could be with another client. That kind of behaviour is dishonest. Be really careful with your credit card here. That aside, the hotel is not bad. The breakfast room is a separate company. A diner that does not serve espressos - you have to walk two blocks for that. The neighbourhood is ok, central, but not a lot going on and not attractive. It's a convenient base more than anything else. If you do stay here maybe best to pay cash and do not leave your credit card details !

This is a high end hotel yet we got a great deal on a Friday night. Garage parking, self or free valet. Lobby is beautiful, great service. King room was excellent, comfy and quiet. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The bar in the hotel is part of the Ten restaurant. Very nice. Pricey but worth it.

Great location and we particularly loved the history of this place. Great service (although ask specifically about maid service for the room.)

In wheelchair and booked ADA suite. The bed was great and I slept like a baby. Staff were very friendly and responsive. A lot of misses though: Bed too high to transfer from wheelchair. No space around bed to maneuver. Shower controls not reachable from shower bench. No shower curtain and shower floor higher the the rest of the bathroom floor without curb so a flood ensued for the limited shower I could achieve. No shampoo or conditioner provided by hotel. No coffee in room, only in lobby. Luckily I brought my own supplies and coffee. TV in "living room" was not functional. Poor soundproofing. Bring earplugs for sleep as I did. And lastly, no response to reviews across platforms. That speaks volumes.
