Exceptional Desk Clerk
The experience was perfect. I was only there for one nigh but the desk clerk was very polite and accommodating. I had reservation for a single room but arrived with a friend, so she gave me a double room next to the elevator with no problems. I was very appreciative.

Anniversary celebration
It was an amazing stay. We were celebrating our anniversary. While staying we enjoyed the slots, several restaurants, the pool and the weather was beautiful!

A real travellers treat!
Every inch of this resort tells you that you are in for a real treat from the beautifully decorated lobby to the top floor of the hotel. We took the time to explore the casino, pool area and all over, quality knows no bounds at this resort! The food was fabulous, the location is devine with the sunsets over the Gulf of America. Give this resort a try if you are seeking an all inclusive stay.

Sadly, not a great trip....
This trip was a little disappointing. Housekeeping services were limited, didn't take trash out, left no waters. Getting a drink on the casino floor was nearly impossible. Even at gaming tables, there were no servers. I resorted going to the bar for a drink. Bathrooms and slot areas were neglected with old glasses and cigarette butts everywhere. My room had a strong chemical smell. I've never in it and tried to air it out. I've been going to the Beau rivage since it opened, never had a trip like this!
