Beau Rivage Resort & Casino

Love the location, cleanliness, room service, and atmosphere was bright cheerful and fun. Wished I could have stayed longer!!!

I had an amazing time at the Beau Rivage. I stayed there for Cruisin' The Coast 2025. I always have a great time at the car shows on the Coast.

The Beau Rivage Resort is a beautiful hotel in a great location. It was our first time to Mississippi and we were so excited to experience Crusin' the Coast. Our only disappointment was that we were rudely greeted at the front desk (VIP line 10/4/25). As we approached the counter, I explained to the staff member that we just flew in from Hawaii and had requested early check-in when we made our reservation, and was wondering if by chance there were any rooms available yet. Without even checking, she rudely told us that there weren't any rooms available and to check back in an hour. She never asked us for our players card to check our status and treated us as if we shouldn't be in her line. So horrible. She must also not like Polynesian/Asians because while she was rude to us, she had a totally different attitude when helping the Caucasian man after us (probably because she was Caucasian as well). We have never experienced treatment like that and it made us not want to stay at the Beau Rivage. However, when we returned an hour later to check-in, we stood in the general line and the staff member there (Sarah) was extremely pleasant and helpful. She and everyone else we encountered there were nice and pleasant - from the staff at the buffet to the servers and bartenders at the restaurants and sports book.

Too Smokey, non smoking areas don’t have any traditional reel slot machines. Non smokers outnumber the smokers so the casino should be appropriately configured. Definitely disallow cigars. Don’t allow slot machine reservations. A particular one of a kind machine was reserved for at least 3 hours and the person it was reserved for never showed up. I and other patrons asked to remove the reserve sign on the inside of glass and was just told “reserved “ Buffet quality much worse than the past. Entertainment headliners not like what used to draw us there for past 20 years. Looks like time for us to look elsewhere but maybe nothing better. Perhaps we’ll just try a different type of weekend getaway.

We love staying at the Beau Rivage. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and the view is spectacular. Food is delicious!
