Fabulous holiday trip!
The Beau Rivage was so beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday, that alone made it the perfect visit, but everything else was wonderful as well! We loved the Christmas Story performance in their well organized theater. Our dining experience in Salt and Ivy. We aren’t much on gambling, but we would go back again in a heartbeat.

The rooms are always nice and clean I haven't had a problem with the staff always kind and polite if I need a service they are always accommodating service is usually on point

Bad "AI" Drink Policy
The Gaming Machines a Center Bar in casino has a monitor on your game, Red, Yellow and Green to determine when you get a free drink. Very Arbitrary Conditions of what gives you a Continue Red (No Free Drink), Yellow (Second Free Drink), and Green (Continuing Free Drinks). I witness players that spent hundreds of dollars playing for hours not given second drink betting about the same as another player 20 minutes spending that much money getting a permanent green light. Bad Policy and losing business and hurting your own employees tip revenue. It is now like a host town that that bar the games not not being played nor are they playing out on the casino floor because service is so bad there already, they and going to other casinos

Beautifully decorated, great room, clean and everyone very helpful. Saw the Christmas show which was great. Restaurants were all great food.

Mostly amazing
Overall, the Beau was amazing. Beautiful comped room with a great view. Poker room was great, although it'd be nice to have a variety of players. Most were giant stacks and played there all the time. Dinner at Coralines was mostly good. Redfish was a nice portion but when the menu you indicates "blacken shrimp" with it, I certainly expected more than one small shrimp. But if they said " one blackened shrimp"....that'd be silly, as was ONE shrimp on this meal. The pour of white wine was similarly ridiculously small. Looked like about 3 ounces. Dinner at Stalla was good. It's unfortunate that Salt and Ivy is closed for dinner two days a week. It forces you to either eat at a snack bar,.or an expensive restaurant. But, the Beau is grand and I love it.
