Beau Rivage Resort & Casino

Only complaint, the valet service staff did NOT offer any assistance with my luggage and/or greeting when I arrived and departed from the resort. In both instances they were not busy just standing around chit chatting. This needs to be addressed/corrected. I am a Bonvoy Platinum Elite member and although they didn't know this, I've never arrived at the front of a High end hotel without a greeting and offered assistance by the valet staff. To note I also have a mobility issue. Not Good. The valet staff needs refresher training. On another note one of the dealers at the blackjack table instructed one of the players to sit in front of me to attempt to obtain better playing cards. I let him know immediately I overheard him. Other than that Beau Rivage is a nice resort. Hopefully they will get their personnel training.

I genuinely wish I had booked more than one night. Great food. Wonderful room with awesome beds

Everything was perfect from the doorman to our luggage kick into our room to the casinos and the restaurants to the pool. Waiters and waitresses were great. Never had a problem was a very nice place to stay very clean, comfortable beds, great shower and tub to relax in altogether, it was great.
