The Beau Rivage Valet service is awful and VERY unfriendly. I had 2 handicap people with me and no one would help with getting them in the building. I was told to pull my vehicle out of the way since I was not using the valet service. One guy that had a toboggan on in 84 degree weather needs to be fired. Rudest person I have ever encountered. House keepers were exceptionally nice. I do have to say that the check in went very smoothly and the clerk was very accommodating. With this being said, do better Beau Rivage. Handicap people help keep you in business too.

Beware! This resort is your average casino/hotel type stay. Outdated & overpriced rooms, expensive food, etc. However the worst part is the gambling. Slots are tight, doesn't matter what denom you play. Literally cant get any good run ups here. The casino is full of people betting $1-$2.50 a spin, little to no bonuses, just miserable. What's worse is the comps and the poor host communication. I was told I had a certain dollar amount by host 1 (long dark haired girl with lots of makeup) and told to play as much as I can throughout the day to build more, then went back before we left only to be told a lesser number by Kay. I gamble quite a bit and these are the worst comps I've ever seen. I was told they dont care if you bet $100 a spin, they only care how long you sit at the machines and that its more beneficial to bet less and sit longer. If you like to gamble, Dont waste your time here. A trip to Choctaw in Durant or Winstar will get you so much more with less bs. Im blown away at how terrible it was. Id love for the GM to call me due to the bad experience.

Excellent pool area overlooking the ocean. Nice large hot tub area also. There are many fine restaurants also. There is also a nice boardwalk that goes along the ocean with white sandy beaches.

In poker room. All I wanted was the waitress to bring me a water. Couldn't even get her to look my way despite passing my table 4 times. Finally she told me that the next waitress would bring me a water. Never have I had such poor service at the Beau.

Husband and I arrived late on a Tuesday. We quickly got checked in and headed to the casino. Staff is super friendly and constantly working to make the place clean. We had a room on the 21st floor, and the elevator was super fast. The room was spacious with a view, big tub, coffee maker, and refrigerator. Casino had a huge variety of slots and tables. Drinks are free will playing & waitresses were plentiful. It was a bit on the smokey side, but that's what you get in a casino. Machines and bathrooms were very clean. Spa is worth checking out as we had a massage. We will definitely take advantage of a mgm air trip again to the beau because the pool/hot tub looks amazing. Keep up the good work!
