Fabulous hotel in a really convenient location. Spotless room and bathroom. Welcoming and helpful staff. Great selection at breakfast. This is our go-to hotel whenever we're in Birmingham

Room service was great, management was ill prepared even after several emails explaining our unique situation, since we were traveling with a disabled person in a wheelchair. Paying each time you would like ice is absurd ($9.32) when there is no access to get your own. Also, non handicapped vehicles are allowed to park in the cut aways that are for wheelchair access to the entrance. The information regarding the hours of the bar and restaurant were inconsistent with the actual hours

Stunning modern hotel in an excellent location away a short walk away from the city centre. The interior decor was beautiful and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. With breakfast at £24 pp and plenty of options in town - we will definitely find breakfast in the city centre next time, but having said that, it was delicious and even though we went down towards the end of service, everything was topped up and fresh.

Firstly, the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Birmingham is very well located for all business and leisure activities in central Brum. The restaurant and bar facilities are pleasant. The breakfast @ £28 per head was excellent but I’ve had better at prices similar or slightly less at other 4* and 5* hotels. The Spa area was most disappointing if you wish to use either the jacuzzi, the sauna or steam room since the space available was tiny, almost unhygienic it was that tight! The ‘King’ bedroom was ordinary. The King size bed was very comfortable and view spectacular. However, the bathroom was dated and small. No separate shower room (encompassed within the bath) with awkward tap controls. The TV did not have a sharp picture which gave the impression it had been there for many years. Furthermore the number of TV channels available was very limited. The fridge did not work. The staff were most polite and friendly in general. I believe my experience as a Hyatt member in Birmingham was disappointing. It represented poor value for money and my next stay in central Birmingham will not be there!

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. It’s in a great location, just steps from the beautiful canal area and a short walk to shopping areas. Staff were very friendly and professional. Room was clean & comfortable.
