I LOVED everything about The Boca Raton! The variety of towers, pools, restaurants, shopping, lounges and more made me want to stay a week! Brian at the pool on The Cloister side was also very nice and stayed cool, calm, and collected when confronted by a difficult guest. All the guests in our section were impressed with how well he handled the situation and were rooting for him! I have to go back when the weather is more cooperative and not stuff myself too much during dinner at the Flamingo Room next time, because I couldn't even stuff in the Banana Split Flambe I'd been wanting to try!

This was one of the worst hotel experiences ever. My room was left ajar one afternoon. It ended up somehow demagnetized. No one cared. They foxed it, but no apologies or concern of how/why it was open. Thankfully nothing was missing, not that they asked.

We stayed at the Yacht Club and enjoyed every moment of our 5 nights. Beautiful. Pricey but you get a lot of perks if staying at the Yacht Club. The spa is amazing. Their customer service is amazing. Call them and they walk you through everything. Cannot wait to go again.

Absolutely overrated. With the exception of the front desk attendants, no employee seems happy to be here, which is very telling. I expected great attention to detail in terms of customer service and updated rooms. Wrong on both accounts. There is a chill vibe-wise. If you spend this kind of money, do it elsewhere.

Beautiful property. Spacious conference area, excellent fitness facility. Good dining options, good quality (including room service). Great location. Service has slipped. Numerous small misses (e.g., responding to concierge text messages 12 hours later at 2 am). There was construction (takedown of holiday decor, set up of 100 year anniversary) happening in the middle of the night for three nights in a row, which made sleeping in the Cloister rooms nearly impossible. Guests should be warned or they should not place guests in the rooms right next to major overnight construction.
