Rixos Premium Bodrum

We had a lovely 3 night stay in the Rixos. The staff couldn't do enough for us. It was especially nice to have dedicated team members available to us on whatsapp. A special thanks to Yelda and Birkan who were on hand all of our stay. The food at the buffet and the Kalamata restaurant was delicious - really good quality and variety. The gym and activities were great and the beach and pool staff were so helpful in finding us beds and bringing drinks whenever we ordered. Every evening was different singing and music. A lovely relaxing stay.

The Rixos Hotel is a perfect location and the staff and team are so attentive. Especially the guest assistants Deniz and Diana who look after you everyday. They cannot do enough for you. Whatever you want or whatever you need they will help. Will definitely be coming back next year.

I was very satisfied with the hotel’s security; I felt very safe and in a private area. The ambiance was very pleasant—spacious, modern, and clean. I liked that the hotel isn’t massive, yet offers enough comfortable space and accessible distances. At first, I didn’t like the unrenovated room I stayed in; it was very old and you feel disconnected from the beach and summer vibes. Later, I moved to an executive room which I really liked. I liked the lighting and furniture. I was offered one day a complementary Cabana which was very relaxing. The fact that there is a holiday assistance service is a clever idea this way the hotel manger makes sure that the guest wishes are met. Speaking of that,I would like to thank my holiday assistants, Deniz and Diana, for their attention. Moreover, I did book Anjana Hammam which was very relaxing. I also made an appointment for nail extension and gel which I adored. The food overall in the hotel is delicieus however, some cuisines were too salty in particular the Chinese dishes. Godiva though is a luxurious treat! Overall, I was pleased with the service at the hotel and it is highly recommended. I had an unforgettable stay at Rixos premium Bodrum and it won’t the the last visit.

Beautiful hotel, we really enjoyed it! From the beach, to restaurants and a wonderful playground for children and various attractions. The staff was very pleasant and helpful! I must praise our assistants Eveline and Ekatarina. We are grateful for everything they did for us and were there for us at all times!
