Amazing vacation

Arrived at the Rixos after a long journey first impression it looked fabulous. Went to reception and got greeted by some lovely ladies and a welcome drink. We came as a family of 11 and expected to have our own rooms but to be upgraded to a villa was amazing. Food was good and plentiful.. The restaurant people bar was excellent providing lovely lite bites. The Bar staff in the lounge made our trip friendly and always greeted us with a smile.. Special mention to Ozark.. Rose Katrina and the 2 guys ..kept us entertained all night.. Asya was fantastic at her job keeping us informed and dealt with all our issues.. The spa and gym was of good standard, Water park in the resort for children, swimming pool nice and big with plenty of sun loungers. Beach was amazing and next to the-resort Godiva provided plenty of cakes and lovely milkshakes Alcohol was premium ..so you will not be disappointed there. All together a lovely vacation where the staff made it extra special. Thank you once again

What we liked the most was the service all our requests and wishes were taken care of, and everything was handled within five minutes. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a pleasant time in Türkiye without worrying about any problems or distractions. The beauty of the place we stayed in added an extra sense of peace to our holiday. Thank you for our holiday assistants Deniz and Diana.

Another excellent stay at Rixos. Staff were friendly polite and attentive throughout as always. Hotel / rooms / dining all immaculately clean. Food was delicious. Kids club were fabulous with looking after our little boy. Anything we needed staff helped without hesitation. Nothing is too much trouble. We felt welcome from the second we arrived. Would highly recommend and will always return.
