We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rixos Premium Bodrum! From the beautiful resort and amazing atmosphere to the excellent service, everything was truly exceptional. A special thank you to Ipek for making our stay even more memorable. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always made us feel so welcomed and well taken care of. Her genuine smile and thoughtful service really stood out and made a big difference to our experience. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would happily come back again. I am extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by your response. I only requested to add my 3-year-old child to my existing reservation, but instead of assisting me, I was asked to cancel my booking and make a new reservation at nearly double the original price. This is completely unreasonable and unacceptable. A simple request to add a 3-year-old child should not require canceling an existing reservation and paying such a significant additional amount. I expected a much more customer-friendly and fair solution.

Phantastic. A number One choice for people who love holidays and a kind of luxury.
We had been here third time in.a row. This time with the whole family of 10 family members, thereof our 4 kids, 14 to 38 and 2 grandchildren of below 3 years. It was always fascinating and a great pleasure. Hotel, super clean, rooms perfectly clean and Nobel. Eating rooms, no questions , first class, Food and bars, phantastic especially for the young men. The Beach, absolutely great and enough room to lay down and relax. We can only recommend the Rixos Premium Bodrum as a Perfect Holiday destination.
