Rixos Premium Bodrum

We had a very pleasant stay at Rixos Premium Bodrum overall. It is a beautiful hotel with many strong points, although there are also a few areas that could definitely be improved. Pros * The hotel is conveniently located just a short drive from the airport, making the transfer quick and easy. * The beach is definitely one of the hotel’s strongest points. The sea is crystal clear, the entrance into the water is comfortable, and the sunbeds are very comfortable. * There is live music in the evenings, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. * The staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. I would especially like to mention Ahmet Karadaş, who works in several areas of the hotel, including the beach and the main restaurant. We saw him every day during our stay, and he was always smiling, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. Our housekeeper, Ayşegül, also deserves special recognition. She kept our room impeccably clean every day and was always friendly, attentive, and caring. Her work was consistently of a very high standard, and we sincerely appreciated her efforts. We would also like to mention the small boutique at the hotel. It became one of our favourite places to visit during our stay. The boutique offers a stylish Turkish clothing brand, and we ended up buying several beautiful pieces. Remzi Hankaş was absolutely charming, professional, and never pushy. His warm attitude made shopping there a genuinely enjoyable experience. Cons The rooms are starting to feel a little dated. The furniture is not the most modern, and the air conditioning can be quite noisy. However, everything was clean, well maintained, and fully functional, so this did not significantly affect our stay. Since this is Bodrum, the hotel is built on a hillside. The resort is compact but very multi-level, with many slopes, stairs, and concrete walkways. Walking around the property is most comfortable in sneakers. Because of the layout and the summer heat, the buggy service becomes the main way to get around the resort. Fortunately, it is very well organized. It is easy to request a buggy through the app, the response is always quick, and the drivers are professional, friendly, and speak English well. The biggest disappointment was the spa. We booked the hammam, body scrub, and massage, but the overall experience was far below our expectations. We frequently use spa services when travelling, and this was honestly one of the weakest experiences we’ve had. The facilities, equipment, and quality of the treatments did not match the standard of the hotel. After our first visit, we had no desire to return. The food was generally good, with a wide variety of options. We especially enjoyed the desserts, soups, and many other dishes. However, we were surprised that several traditional Turkish dishes were disappointing. The kebabs were noticeably oversalted on more than one occasion, the köfte were rather average, and the fish also lacked flavour. This was unexpected for a hotel of this category. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would happily recommend Rixos Premium Bodrum for its convenient location, beautiful beach, excellent service, and friendly staff.

We had such a wonderful stay at Rixos Turkey and can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so attentive, friendly, and always happy to help. Their genuine hospitality made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The resort is perfect for families with children, offering plenty of activities and entertainment to keep the kids happy while still giving adults a chance to relax. The food was one of the highlights of our holiday—there was an incredible variety at every meal, with something to suit everyone, and the quality was outstanding. The beautiful views added to the whole experience, making it the perfect place to unwind. Everything was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. We made so many wonderful memories here and would happily return. Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable holiday!

Great location with beautiful views, easy 20 min transfer from airport. Spacious comfortable rooms. Wonderful staff. Special mention Hira, Fatma and Umut. Good food. Lovely beach and pier. Exceptional entertainment with different live group each evening. High standard of cleanliness and staff always helpful.

Отель не плох, но почему то при наличии свободных номеров дали самый не удобный номер - 3111, номер находиться на оживленном перекрестке, постоянный шум с улицы от проезжающих машин и электрокаров с пищалками. каждые 20 секунд приезжает машина. Жить там очень не комфортно. Фанкоил ресторана гудит постоянно. На балкон не выйдешь. Также шум был и ночами от приезжающих грузовиков и автобусов. Видимо нужно было предложить бакшиш на ресепшене, но как то отвыкли уже от этой дикости. Заплатив за тихий семейный отдых вы получите жизнь на дорожном перекрестке, очень не рекомендую. Теперь о плюсах, питание отличное, ассортимент хороший, организация на 5+. Но как всегда неприятные мелочи оставляют больше впечатлений чем плюсы прекрасного и чистого моря. The hotel isn't bad, but for some reason, despite having available rooms, they gave me the worst room – 3111. It's located at a busy intersection, with constant street noise from passing cars and electric cars with beeping horns. A car arrives every 20 seconds. It's very uncomfortable to live there. The restaurant's fan coil unit hums constantly. You can't go out onto the balcony. There was also noise at night from arriving trucks and buses. Apparently, they should have offered a tip at reception, but we've somehow gotten used to this insanity. For a quiet family vacation, you'll end up living at a crossroads. Now, about the positives: the food is excellent, the selection is good, and the organization is excellent. But as always, the unpleasant little things leave a bigger impression than the positives of the beautiful and clean sea.

Beautiful hotel.Lovely room with all the essentials needs in the room. Located in a beautiful setting. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Beach was beautiful and plenty of loungers. Food was excellent and a different variety everyday and plenty of places to eat around the hotel. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back next year. Keep up the good work 👍🏽🙏🏽❤️
