The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very nice and helpful. The assistant Anastazja was very caring. We come back rested and relaxed. We will definitely come back here.

Luxurious week
Recently returned from what was a glorious week at the Rixos celebrating my fiancé’s 50th Birthday. I’d stayed at the Rixos around 10 years prior (which was beautiful then) and was delighted to experience the fully refurbed hotel. It’s absolutely stunning! From guest relations- thanks to Aysa and Atakan- who were so attentive and helpful- to the gorgeous grounds and fantastic food, the Rixos is faultless. Would highly recommend, don’t think twice! I’d recommend you check where your room is on the grounds as some are a buggy ride away which didn’t suit us as we wanted to be in the hubbub of the main hotel and pool. The staff were lovely however and moved us at request on day one. Thanks Rixos for making our week amazing. Can’t wait to come back to beautiful Bodrum soon.

What a top service, really everyone does their utmost to ensure that you do not lack anything, nothing is too much to ask and are continuously alert, all dishes that I have eaten were tasty and fresh. I would especially like to thank Sinan for his efforts, he really runs to keep you satisfied.

Lovely relaxing holiday at the Rixos Premium Bodrum
We had the most amazing time at the Rixos Premium Bodrum and have never had customer service like it. The minute we arrived they set up a whatsapp group and were on hand for every detail, booking or query. We were so well looked after by Omer and Annastasia. They made such a difference to the holiday. We were given a free upgrade to the most beautiful suite which was out of this world and made our holiday so special. Thank you all. We had the best time and we loved all the classes including Fly yoga, paddling, aqua spin, yoga. We will be back for sure.

Amazing holiday experience
The hotel is lovely nice and clean all of staff are amazing we received a warm welcome from Asya and Attakan they were very nice and helpful I’m very comfortable throughout my stayed thank you so much we really have a good time 😊
