Rixos Premium Bodrum

It was occasionally planned holiday at one of the best family resorts at Bodrum. Short trip from Izmir and we with our 2 yo princess arrived to Rixos. Hotel team warmly welcomed and accommodated as in ordered room at main building. Hotel has great facilities for families with babies. Superior Kids Club and kids oriented kitchen at all restaurants. Food is perfect, big variety and delicious. Unfortunately all this pleasant holiday starts was ruined by total floor corridor maintenance 😱. But as soon as hotel is Family oriented, hotel management decides to complimentary upgrade our stay to more comfortable and silent suite luxury family suite. Big thanks to Sultan and Emin from guests relations team.

On our first day we met Nursena, a very experienced and kind receptionist helped us in every way possible. Thanks to her we met Ruslan, a guest relation agent who had guided us through our vacation very kindly. Without them both, we would had been completely lost. The room service was impeccable, and the views were incredible. Our favorite part has been eating the mouthwatering food. Honestly, the hotel was 50x better than we had anticipated.

Perfect hotel, customer service amazing, especially Hira, our favourite! Thank you for all of your care you made our stay more pleasant! We will definately return!

We visited this hotel for a short stay and absolutely loved everything. All staff are friendly and any time we asked them questions, they were very helpful. Sultan, one of the guest relations, was super nice and took us for a walk when we asked him whereabouts to walk safely. Highly recommend this place 🌸
