Both of the assistants evelina and ekaterina were so respectful, helpful and ready to help us get the best out of our journey here at the hotel. We would like to really thanks everyone for assisting us and make sure that we are comfortable. Best regards for you all , we feel sad that we are unable to spend more time in here . Its was an amazing honeymoon at the best hotel in bodrum .

A satisfying vacation. The hotel is very efficiently organized, without artificial categorization of guests. An assistant is assigned for the duration of your stay to answer all questions and provide assistance if needed – special thanks to Berkan & Yelda. The meals at the Turquoise restaurant are delicious – everyone will find something to their liking, from main courses to desserts, fruit, and drinks. Special recognition goes to the waiters serving the outdoor area – thanks to their dedication, meals were a pure pleasure. We also have à la carte restaurants and other bars offering snacks and drinks. Service throughout the hotel is friendly and welcoming. If there are no sunbeds by the sea, you can always use those by the pool. Families with children will appreciate the excellent area with pools and slides, as well as a separate building where the little ones can spend their time playing. Even with a large number of guests, it never feels crowded. Distances within the hotel are short, and in hot weather, you can always take a melex – just call reception. The Premium Sea View room could use a bit of a refresh – you don't go on vacation to spend time in your room, but the standard isn't quite what the photos show. However, this doesn't change the overall very high rating of the hotel, which is definitely worth recommending.

We have arrived today and want to express how welcome and accommodating the staff were upon our arrival and throughout the day. Going above and beyond to help us. We had an awful experience yesterday flying to another destination and had to change our plans. Thankfully we found Rixos Premium Bodrum. The hotel is amazing and set in beautiful surroundings. Luxury at its best, poolside and beach drinks service, comfy beds & unlimited towels. The main restaurant is incredible with a very good variety of freshly cooked food to suit all tastes. Diana & Deniz are our assistants who have been exceptional answering our questions and booking the Al La carte restaurants for us. After one day we are looking to book next year! W

Unbelievable experience - amazing hotel and even better service. They have a holiday assistant program, where the most amazing and resourceful staff are on hand 24/7 for whatever the needs may be - inside and out of the hotel. Thank you soo much Deniz and Diana for all you’re help - you both were amazing - hope to stay again soon.

Second time here and again super satisfied. Next year again. The food is always fresh, and delicious. The staff are always friendly and attentive. The beach ist beautiful. Everything is always clean.
