we really enjoyed our time, everything was really excellent, Food ,staff, olive trees, the island, design, amazing, I want to thank Nuriddin who supports our stay and assist us, I want to say really thanks to Ahmet in the resturant, he is really good and loves what he does and we had a good memories Also i want to thanks the staff of godiva cafe there, We eill go back definitely next summer, We had a truly wonderful stay and enjoyed every moment of our vacation. Everything was excellent, from the delicious food and beautiful olive trees to the stunning island, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. A special thanks to Nuriddin for his support throughout our stay and for always being ready to assist us whenever needed. We would also like to express our sincere thanks to Mr Ahmet in the restaurant. He is exceptional at what he does, genuinely loves his work, and helped create many great memories for us with his warm hospitality and positive energy. Our stay at Rixos Premium Bodrum has been nothing short of outstanding. We are here with our family second time, as well as several other families with friends and children, and the hotel has exceeded our expectations in every aspect. A special thank you goes to Hira, our guest assistant, whose professionalism, kindness, and dedication made a real difference throughout our stay. Whether it was arranging activities, assisting with reservations, organizing transportation, or helping with any request we had, everything was handled quickly, efficiently, and always with a genuine smile. Hira’s attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly represent the high standards of Rixos hospitality. The hotel itself is beautifully situated among lush greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere while still offering stunning views and easy access to all facilities. The grounds are impeccably maintained and provide a wonderful setting for both families and couples. The culinary experience has also been excellent. The food is fresh, diverse, and of consistently high quality, with plenty of options for both adults and children. We were particularly impressed by the selection of premium imported alcoholic beverages, which adds another level of quality to the all-inclusive experience. What makes this resort especially special is its ability to cater perfectly to families. There is a fantastic balance between relaxation and entertainment, with activities for all ages, excellent facilities for children, and enough space for everyone to enjoy their holiday at their own pace. The combination of outstanding service, beautiful surroundings, excellent dining, premium beverages, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere makes Rixos Premium Bodrum a destination we would gladly return to and confidently recommend to others. From the minute we arrived and throughout the entire day the hotel staff were very attentive. So much soul, that we ended up booking again for the entire family. In particular, I’d like to give a shout out to a few people including Hira who is under the Customer relations and also to the amazing buggy driver Who managed to arrive and take us everywhere we needed and his name is Hyrullah. Everything about the hotel is absolutely amazing from the minute you walk through reception all the way through to the sunset view from the restaurants. We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Bodrum with our 9-month-old son and had a wonderful experience overall. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that families are very well catered for. There were baby food jars available at the buffet, which was incredibly convenient, and the hotel had a genuinely family-friendly atmosphere throughout. The Rixy Club was excellent, and we particularly appreciated the dedicated baby room, which our son thoroughly enjoyed. The children’s splash pool was also fantastic, although the water was a little too chilly during our visit in May. The food was one of the highlights of our stay. There was an impressive variety of fresh, high-quality dishes available every day, and we never struggled to find something different to try. There was also a Godiva Café, which was lovely for desserts, and an ice cream bar where you could help yourself, both of which were a real treat. Unfortunately, I experienced an allergic reaction during our stay, but the support I received from the hotel staff was exceptional. The team went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and safe at meal times afterwards, even creating a dedicated WhatsApp group so I could contact them directly with any concerns. A special thank you to Hira, Meliz and Sultan, who were incredibly attentive and supportive throughout. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning grounds. Having the choice of two pools as well as the beach meant there was always somewhere relaxing to spend the day. My only area for improvement would be the rooms. While they were clean and comfortable, they felt a little dated and could benefit from a refresh to bring them in line with the rest of the hotel’s high standards. The location is also great. Old Town Bodrum is only a short taxi ride away and is well worth visiting. We also spent a day at Yalikavak Marina, which was around 30 minutes away by taxi and made for a lovely day out. Overall, we had a very positive experience at Rixos Premium Bodrum and would happily return next year. If you’re looking for a high-quality, family-friendly holiday destination, I would highly recommend it.
