93 Luxury Suites and Residences

Stayed three nights for a wedding and chose 93 Luxury Suites for the extra space and Preferred Hotels & Resorts affiliation. It was probably the wrong choice for us, but I can see why it works for others. This is really an apartment-style business hotel. If you need a two-bedroom suite, kitchen and full-size fridge, it’s a practical option for a longer stay or family. They also host business meetings and groups on the ground floor during the day, so the overall feel is more corporate than leisure. Pros * Great location near Parque 93. * Two-bedroom suites offer useful separation. * Full kitchen and full-size fridge with built-in water filter. * Front desk did their best to help when we asked to change rooms. Cons * Both two-bedroom suites we stayed in felt dark, tired and in need of maintenance, with stained furniture, peeling leather, visible dust and mold in the bathroom grout. * Room 413 had a window that didn’t seal, so street noise and exhaust came into the room. We moved to 501, which was quieter but actually in worse condition. * Our arrival was surprisingly disorganized. We booked a package directly with the hotel that included airport transportation but had to chase down the transfer shortly before arrival. At check-in they also initially tried to charge more than our confirmed rate. * No pool and not much atmosphere. I can see this being a solid option if you specifically need an apartment-style suite. But for a leisure stay, there are so many interesting hotels in the area. Despite the name, there wasn’t much about the rooms or property that felt particularly design-driven or luxurious.

had a wonderful stay. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with excellent service throughout. A special thank you to Jeison, who was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my experience outstanding. Highly recommended!

It was a fantastic week. The staff are amazing, they are very thoughtful. Like bringing our dog a bed and bowls. We want to recognize Jeison Jefferson, Andres and Andrés (housekeeping) All went above and beyond to help us have a great stay.

Great location, solid service, friendly and helpful staff, and very nice facility. Was a great fit for my family of five. I recommend the driver service as well - Pedro was excellent.

The hotel has a convenient location, the team at the front desk, including Jeison are very accommodating
