Bogota Plaza Hotel

Hotel location is adequate and about 22 blocks from Unicentro. The atmosphere is neutral and the rooms are of adequate size with a nice shower. The room has a safe available. We noticed that the cleaning of the room is rather poor and superficial . The Tv service is adequate for local channels. However, our experience with the included breakfast was very poor with low variety of fruits, breads and cheeses and excessive wait for ordering something like a fried egg taking over 15 minutes. The dining staff is not organized and has no specific assigned chores or management with poor follow up if ordering food other than using the buffet. I believe the food is of inferior quality and variety with serious management flaws. Not worth the experience featuring poorly prepared items like egg rolls, dry quiches and flaky low quality breads. Management is unresponsive. Leaving the hotel at 5:30 AM to the airport we requested 3 times a Carry-on food to go -which is standard -but none provided.

This hotel is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in at the most economical price I’ve ever paid to start with. I booked it last minute from the Bogota airport. I got here at 5 o’clock in the morning and they put me right into a room. when I booked my room. I chose a one king bed room for two nights while I figured out what I was gonna do then I kept adding one or two nights and one time I made a mistake and they were only offering sweets and I chose it. They called and said do you know that your new room that you paid for as a suite not a room do you wanna change back to a room or do you want to go to the suite? I said well I’ll take the suite. It was $20 more than a room. It was the smartest thing I ever did it’s a beautiful living room, dining table dry counter a bedroom with the bathroom sink and then in the inside the shower room there was a toilet. Besides the beautiful room, the staff were all very friendly and Very helpful. Especially Juliana. She helped me with everything I needed while here, relaxing I ended up needing to do paperwork file things print things and Juliana was always there to help me with a smile. She’s the nicest person I’ve ever had to take care of me in a hotel. Juliana and the whole staff at this hotel have made me feel so comfortable.

Great place, staff amazing great breakfast, only down for right now is the construction in the area, hard some times for uber services, wont stop me to stay here again

Its perfect to stay and be safe and calm, the bed is confortable, the breakfast is delicious, the spa and the gym are great too, you can make a reservation for the spa and live a great experience...........................................
