⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What I loved most about this hotel was the people. The staff are genuinely happy, always smiling and laughing, and you can really feel that positive energy. A special thank you to Wilmar, Tatyana, Diana, and Alejandra. You were all wonderful! And I have to mention Diana and Wilmar—you truly made my day. ❤️ It’s those little moments, the conversations, the smiles, and the way people make you feel that you remember after a trip. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I left with a big smile and would absolutely come back!

Location is very good , rooms are modern and comfortable. Service was top notch

This is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are really well designed, quiet and comfortable, and I had a nice view over lots of trees & greenery. The gym on the top floor had what I needed & I liked that it looked out over the green roof with views of the mountains. I loved the neighborhood - easy to walk out to lots of great restaurants, including in the same courtyard as the hotel. I was a little skeptical before my visit, because some of the positive reviews had the feeling of fake reviews, but I loved the hotel and will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Bogotá.

The location was great and close to everything. The area felt very safe. The rooms were fantastic, spacious, clean and very modern. The staff was very polite and accommodating. The atmosphere was very friendly. There are a lot of good restaurants attached to or adjacent to the hotel. A great value, punches in way above the cost.
