EK Hotel

Beautiful hotel to discover Bogotá. We had a wonderful stay.

Great location and value, very nice atmosphere , excellent food, and very comfortable and clean rooms. The service in this hotel is outstanding. I travel a lot, but haven't seen employees like the ones in this hotel. They go out of their way to satisfy customer needs in a very genuine way. I highly recommend EK Hotel in Bogota to anyone looking for a great hotel stay. During breakfast, Wilmer, the captain, goes around talking to customers making sure they are satisfied. Tatiana and Daniel could not be more caring and attentive. They make you feel valued in a very genuine way. These are the kind of employees any company would love to have. Milena Suarez , from Housekeeping, was great. She always made sure I had everything I needed in my room, bringing what I needed right away. All employees at the reception desk very very helpful. Yuli was extremely helpful identifying great tour companies, offering information about the hotel, getting transportation and answering related questions. Congratulations to the hotel manager, I will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bogota, they will appreciate it. Hope to be back in the near future.

What an amazing experience at the EK hotel. The hotel surpassed our expectations. I traveled with my mom and aunt. We all agreed we must return to the EK. The secret ingredient to their excellence is their staff. Every single staff member treated us with great care and made us feel valued. Yuli at the front desk went out of her way to attend to our needs and give us the best orientation regarding the city and activities. Including arranging an excellent private tour for us. All the breakfast staff are the best possible ambassadors for the EK. But a special mention for Tatiana and Daniel. We looked forward to seeing them every morning. They were attentive and embodied the hospitality standard I think the hotel wishes to meet. Special mention to the cleaning staff, who did an excellent job, especially Milena Suarez. The room standard is excellent. Plenty of storage space, comfortable beds, huge shower, and a lovely view. My thanks to the spa staff - Valery who welcomed me with grace and calm and set the tone for a perfect spa experience. My thanks to Maria Fernanda who gave me a wonderful facial. Finally, we were here during the earthquake. That is when the staff demonstrated not only their level of professionalism but also their kindness. We felt safe and that we were in the best hands. I hope to return to the EK in the near future.
