EK Hotel

Beautiful hotel in a walkable area with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast is well staffed with excellent food and service. Shout out to all the servers and the food manager, Raul. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by the architecture the interior design throughout the hotel. The view from our room was beautiful. No exterior noise either. Big plus. But the best was the friendly stuff specially at breakfast. Raul is definitely an asset to EK.

The hotel was a great experience, and I would definitely come back. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The receptionists are super friendly and welcoming, and they are very helpful when it comes to setting up an itinerary. The customer service is outstanding, and I would like to specifically mention Mr. Raúl from the restaurant, a very helpful and charismatic person has elevated the experience. Not to mention the location is ideal.

Excellent experience from the moment we arrived. From the very first moment, the reception service at the EK hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff is professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly, always ready to help with a smile and impeccable attitude. The breakfast had delicious options and fresh fruit every day, and the restaurant staff, such as Jhon, were really friendly and welcoming. We were a group of elderly people, and the receptionist always treated us very well and was extremely sweet. Yuli always helped us communicate and made our reservations at different restaurants, She is truly amazing

Excellent hotel for a short stay in Bogota. It is in a great location full of great restaurants and close to shopping areas. The service offered by staff goes beyond expectations. Especially Jon was super kind in offering breakfast service and upon arrival offered a special soup and tea for us to get adjusted to the altitude of the city.
