EK Hotel Bogota
We enjoyed our stay at EK Hotel in Bogota. Our breakfast was made more special by the special attention given to us by Wendy, Tatiana and Wilmar as they really looked after vegetarian breakfast by ordering us very tasty vegetable omelette with vegetables on the side. They also made sure to get us our hot drinks whenever we wanted them at breakfast. They were all very friendly and helpful. Reception staff were also friendly and helpful, including Julie.

Amazing costumer service!!!
I ordered a soup as I was not feeling great! Adriana who picked up the phone when i called for room service noticed I was losing my voice and brought me a ginger tea with honey! An amazing touch!

excellent service
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, but what really made the difference was the extraordinary service provided by the staff. Although breakfast was a little chaotic, the ladies were friendly and eager to serve. At reception, Yuli and the bellboy Gabriel wanted to bring me some coffee, and even though it wasn't their job, the lady ground the coffee for me and packed everything very well and efficiently, and the gentleman always asked us how our day was going…….. thank you
