EK Hotel

The EK hotel it has been our number one choice when we visit Bogotá. The staff is very friendly and they make sure we are taking care of. The highlight is always breakfast. Always delicious and healthy. We are grateful for having Tatiana, Daniel and Wilmer greeting us every morning for a great start of the day!!!!

Rooms were very clean and spacious. They made accomodations for our family needs including setting up two extra single beds and a separated area for our two sons. They provided parking for our car. The staff is always friendly and helpful and they seem to have a good and respectful work environment. Last but not least, the breakfast was always delicious as well as the meals at the restaurant.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. I’d especially like to highlight the excellent service provided by Tatiana and Daniel in the breakfast area. They always welcomed us with a smile; they were very friendly, attentive, and mindful of every detail to ensure we started our day off right. Their warmth and helpfulness made every breakfast a very pleasant experience. I’d also like to thank and highlight the work of Yuli at the front desk. We had an unexpected issue with a purchase we made at the Mall Andino, and even though it wasn’t part of her usual duties, she took the time to guide us, handle the necessary arrangements, and walk us through the entire process until we received our refund. Her commitment, empathy, and dedication to service were truly exceptional. Without a doubt, it’s people like Tatiana, Daniel and Yuli who make all the difference and turn a good stay into an unforgettable experience. I had an amazing experience staying here! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, happy, and completely satisfied. Their attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. The rooms were spotless very clean, well-maintained, and inviting, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is also perfectly located in a central area, making it easy to get around and explore. A special thank you to Wilmar and Sergio, who were both incredible. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made a difference in my stay. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
