The Four Seasons Casa Medina is an excellent hotel. The hotel is located in the former home of a Colombian architect. The entire property was extremely clean. Our room was spacious. Housekeeping was great. The food and service were exceptional. All of the employees were so friendly and would do anything for you (and could speak English!). There was a cozy room across from reception with a fireplace that was great for relaxing after spending the day sightseeing The only three cons that I could see were: 1. The hotel is located on a busy street. If noise is a problem when sleeping, ask for a room overlooking the side street. 2. The hotel is located about 20 minutes ride from La Candelaria. Taxis cost about COP 30-35. 3. The Speakeasy bar in the basement had live music on the weekends. The DJ's were horrible. One played rap music with vulgar language. Come on guys . . . It's a Four Seasons and a speakeasy. Find a new DJ who plays some soothing lounge music! Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the Four Seasons for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. We chose the à la carte breakfast instead of the buffet, which felt more relaxed and enjoyable. The room was comfortable, and everything met our expectations. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return.

This was the last stop on our Ecuador/Columbia trip We only gave ourselves one day for Bogota which I think was enough Having sampled Cartagena and Medellin on route you really have to search for the attractions here ; we did find some! We chose this hotel because it looked liked it had character and would be restful for our last stop It proved to be a good choice. Delightful helpful staff . Gave us good local advice The suite was lovey and quirky No it's not a typical four seasons but that was in its favour. Lovely restaurant. Hotel felt very empty but i'm not complaining about that Gave us a nice room extension before our European evening flight

The Four Seasons Casa Medina is the best luxury hotel in Bogota, centrally located close to shopping, restaurants and nightlife. What sets the Four Seasons Casa Medina apart from the competition is the world class customer service delivered by the team under the leadership of General Nanager, Mark Bingle. The staff from the front door to the reception to the restaurants and to the housekeepers are all friendly, professional and respectful. You will not regret making the Casa Medina your base in Bogota!

We found this hotel based on the quiet neighborhood it was in and the reputation of The Four Seasons. When we checked in we were promptly greeted by two friendly bellman who helped us with our bags. Laura and another woman were working the front desk and welcomed us warmly and even persuaded us to upgrade our room. The suite was amazing with its various rooms and views and we felt very special. Our room included breakfast in the hotel where we spent each morning. Angie was the nicest waitress we have ever come across. She always greeted us with a smile and asked us how we were and how our night was and if we slept well. Since we were there for a week she really got to know us which was really great. Every morning I would look around for her before we chose our seats. She was wonderful. Every staff member at the hotel was above and beyond nice and friendly. The bellman, the restaurant, the speakeasy all super nice and helpful. We enjoyed the nightly turndown service and all the free bottles of water we were given. All the tiny details from the spa water and cookies in the lobby every day to little bookmarks left by the bed made our stay just wonderful. During the day the neighborhood is busy full of office workers and a younger crowd but after dinner everyone has gone home and the neighborhood is dead quiet and perfect for sleeping. We were happy to be in this neighborhood as opposed to Zona T or a more lively nighttime place. Again it was the staff that made our stay so special along with the amazing room. Wonderful experience highly recommend.
