Top notch hotel in Usaquen

Clean rooms with great views in the center of Usaquen. Gym and pool are very nice. Staff are very courteous at front desk and restaurant (Nestor, Javier, Gloria, Ramon, Nicolas… so nice!!!) Two of the Bell Boys, Andres Robayo and Andres Cetina are top notch at superior customer service. Great attention to detail with luggage and opening the door. Great experience overall.

The restaurant offers good selections for both breakfast and dinner (couldn't really have lunch during my stay at the hotel due to business meetings and visits to clients). I was expecting more protein, specifically meat, during breakfast. The only sources of meat I encountered during my stay were deli meats such as ham and soups like caldo de costilla. I would have loved to have something more along the lines of a traditional American breakfast, such as bacon, turkey sausages, chorizo, or something more local such as empanadas de carne mechada or cheese, to give a few examples. Regarding room amenities, I loved the space, the lighting, and how everything was set up. The front desk staff was always really polite and whenever I requested room service through the app, someone would call me to confirm the order and make sure everything was exactly as I needed it. I had a wonderful time and hope to come back soon!

Elegant, inspiring hotel with extremely friendly and professional staff, the room was impeccable. The breakfast was overwhelmingly generous and delicious. This hotel is a destination in itself!
