I recommend this hotel. Excellent service and excellent staff.
The atmosphere of this hotel is simply amazing. Staff, reception, cleaning staff etc has been focusing a lot on costumers and they really do a good job, they have been absolute professional. The internet speed is one of the best in Bogota, I measured more than 200 Mbit connection. Breakfast was amazing, a huge selection of food. The staff at the breakfast, was super nice to make me a special meal. The rooms are in a good quality, TV with good quality channels, shower working perfect. Fitness and pool is also in a good quality. I really love that my room have international power inlet and a USB A charger inlet in the wall. The service that this hotel has provided exceeds my expectation. Thanks to the staff for being helpful, provide excellent service. The only small thing that could be improved is that it would be nice with a "USB C" charger inlet.

Great experience
Amazing experience, great service and a complete breakfast, the room has a beautiful view to the city, in the second floor they have e an amazing pool, me and my family had an amazing weekend

We came down to have breakfast just after arriving from the airport, Gloria was really kind and helpfull with our kids, gave them a great omelet, and we enjoyed the fresh fruit.

AC didn't work!
Rude staff at the reception, AC didn't work it only worked 2nd and 3 night after they "fixed" the 1st and last night was really bad we couldn't sleep... Room service was always wrong always missing items. long wait etc... our phone didn't work in our room also they kept calling but we had to use the speaker and kneel down this way we could here them.... As. platinum member this was the worst experience and we won't be back!

A simply great experience!
One the best experiences I ever had with any hotel. The breakfast bar is breathtaking, brilliantly combining South American and local specialties and fruits with high quality tourist options. The staff is extraordinary helpful and efficient and gym and pool and spa are wonderful. Definitely will return!
