PRICING & RATES: Traveling from Canada, I want to warn other travelers — especially those coming from abroad — before you book this property. I had a confirmed corporate/negotiated rate for 3 rooms, booked and confirmed in writing weeks in advance, and it simply wasn't honored. In the days leading up to check-in, I was given five different, increasingly higher prices for the exact same reservation. Separately, before arrival, the hotel sends guests emails asking you to pay "extra" for things like a king-size bed or an iron — I didn't pay these, because these are actually complimentary/included items, not paid upgrades. That raises real concerns about deceptive, spam-like billing emails, and about pricing practices that may not be legal. Save yourself the headache and book literally anywhere else — any brand other than NH or Minor Hotel Group. THE "5-STAR" EXPERIENCE: Beyond the pricing, the day-to-day experience did not match a 5-star property. Room service took over 3 hours for a simple coffee and tea order. There is no doctor on site, and when I asked about medical assistance, I was told to expect a wait of 3+ hours. Housekeeping cleaned the room but left it without restocking toilet paper or coffee. And we found blood stains on the curtains in our room. Between the pricing games and the basic service failures, this does not reflect a 5-star standard, and I would not recommend it — particularly to international travelers who don't have the time or local support to deal with these issues on the ground. Book with anyone other than NH or Minor Hotel Group.

Confortable room, good vibes in the bar in the night. Really love the Naranjilla juice.

Great place . Service is wonderful in the Spa, Sofía in reception and the bartender Nidia Sanchez. She has a wonderful spirit and super nice. I enjoy the whole atmosphere . Daniel at breakfast also very friendly.

I recommend it 100% excellent room food and very professional treatment apart from an excellent location
