Don’t have A/AC !!!!
If you are like 99% of travelers in the world who like to enjoy an air conditioning system, DON’T stay in this hotel. Nice hotel, well located, BUT they don’t understand what Air Conditioning is … they’ll say they have it, but it is only a ventilation machine. Have stayed here for three time, always complaint about this, but they don’t really understand the difference. 🤷🏻♂️

Breakfast Buffet
We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Nice food with a lot of options. Our experience was even more improved by the sweet and kind waitress. She was very friendly and helpfull.

I have been staying at the NH Teleport Royal for years. It is the perfect hotel for business with amazing service, excellent wifi. The rooms are large and the refrigerators have been upgraded. Heating is an issue, but it seems few hotels in cold Bogota were constructed with a heating system. The food is good but in the past better. If the hotel wishes to regain its food status I have a suggestion. Next door is Santa Anna shopping. There is a restaurante Crepes and Walfels. Replace the hotel kitchen with that model and again you would have hundreds of people begging for a breakfast table and the same for lunch and supper.

Nice Hotel but be Warned!
The hotel is nice with the rooms, service, and staff but you have to be warned of something I feel is quite unfair cost to anyone staying there. If you invite a friend, male or female, to your room, could be for business or pleasure, they will charge you $40 EACH person. That's outrageous and unfortunately even though I'm a member of NH Collection club and travel around the world I will NEVER stay in an NH Collection hotel again. It's a shame because I like the hotel. I understand because of the problems with guests being brought up to the rooms and security issues but to pay $40 dollars???? its way too much and unfortunately I will stay in another hotel next time I visit Bogota.
