Staff, reception, cleaning staff etc has been focusing a lot on costumers and they really do a good job, they have been absolute professional. The internet speed is one of the best in Bogota, I measured more than 200 Mbit connection which is perfect for business meetings online. Breakfast selection was wide, but not in my taste. The rooms are in a good quality, TV with good quality channels, shower working perfect. There is something unique about this hotel compared to all the hotels that I have stayed so far, this hotel has actually air suction in the bathroom, it means that the bathroom dry very fast and also contributes to a better indoor environment. Windows are completely clean, so you have the fantastic view of the city, the windows are properly noise isolated, you can't hear traffic or planes. Fitness and pool is also in a good quality. I really love that my room have international power inlet and a USB A charger inlet in the wall. However, there are issues with the hotel in general. When I booked a suite, you were not really welcomed, so I entered my room and no complementary snacks were given and no welcome drinks were given, this is actually very normal among all the hotels around the world. When I entered my room, the floor was not vacuumed cleaned properly, I found potato chips and biscuits on the floor. This was actually disgusting. The table on my room was sticky with sugar and food, so the table was not cleaned properly. I did call the room service, they did send a person to clean my room properly. It would be nice with a "USB C" charger inlet as well, since USB C is becoming more standard world wide. The carpet in my room really needs to be washed in a specialized laundry service, there are too many dirty spots on the carpet. I did notice a small detail about the door, it is not properly noise isolated, but I have been lucky that no one did make noise outside in the hall way. The restaurant was a joke, with a lot of confusion with the hotel restaurant, I waste lots of time. I waited more than 30 minutes for my food to arrive and I realized that they gave me a children food, the portion was so small, and I waited 30 minutes of this. This was a huge disappointment. The food in the restaurant was terrible. And in addition of that, they did not give me the receipt when I was about to pay. Apparently, putting the bill into my room was too complicated for them. I did submit my complain to manager Catalina, and I tested her service mindset, and clearly she did not care. If she was sincere, then I am pretty sure she would have given me the receipt, but no. This means that there is no transparency and the hotel most likely cheat their costumers and completely no service. A good hotel would have given me a small compensation or at least some complementary, but this was not the case. This means that this hotel does not care about their costumers.

It was great the staying and everything went well. Also, in the case of our complaints about the staying of two days, the staff worked for us and give us an upgrade, so that was very pleased for us.
