This is already our second time staying here this year, and once again, everything was wonderful. ❤️ A special thank you to our amazing bartenders, Luis Suarez and Nidia Sanchez! They were incredibly attentive, friendly, professional, and made us feel so welcome. Their service was truly exceptional, and they went above and beyond to make our experience special. 🍸✨ People like Luis and Nidia are what make a hotel experience unforgettable. Very Disappointing
"I hated this hotel. Our 'superior' room was cold, dark, and poorly equipped: only one bath towel that was heavy and scratchy like a bath mat, no hair dryer, and no Kleenex—we had to call for these items. The wifi was terrible, and noises from the walls and slamming wooden doors disrupted our sleep. The broken shower fixture and dust and sand (yes sand!) on the bedsheets, headboard, and picture frames made me question their cleaning standards. The front desk was curt, and no one asked about our stay. Located between two busy streets, traffic noise was constant. I would not stay again.

Great hotel and great service
The experience was great, especially during dinners, where Nídia Sanches always provided excellent service, paying close attention to detail and ensuring a great experience.

Could be better
I was in NH for work and arrived having some meetings, the WIFI is terrible. I asked for help, the staff put me in contact with some engineers that asked for my IP and kind of improved a little bit the speed but even tough, it was impossible to have a video call with camera open. Besides that, the room was extremely cold, I took the blanket in the closet but had a terrible night, waking up every half hour feeling cold.
