Very Good but could be Great
We had an upstairs room in the main building. The wedding celebrations downstairs lasted past midnight and kept us awake. The view from the room was great and all the devices worked. We expected to deal with stairs as there are no elevators. We did not expect to deal with the small munchkin toilet. It is so low to the floor that If you have bad knees or back problems it could be difficult to use. We have an aging population in this country and the company should be sensitive to their physical needs.

Disappointed
It has really gone downhill in recent years. We stayed in Oriole A cottage. It was really rundown with dirty carpet uneven floors, uneven floors and the bathroom was damp and musty. I won’t be back. I asked for a manager at checkout and was told she was unavailable. They wouldn’t give me a card or phone number so I could call her. I asked them to have her call me but but she hasn’t yet. No surprise.

Stay away!
Made a 3-night reservation to attend a friend’s son’s wedding. I had a medical situation that prevented my flying out to the East Coast. I canceled my SPI reservation as per their 14-day cancellation policy. Not only did they charge me a $400 cancellation fee, but they also charged me for a 4-night stay. They charged me a total of $2,300 for my 3-night canceled reservation. I called and sent 2 emails, to which they never responded. I recommend staying elsewhere, where their business practices are a bit more ethical.
