Exceptional Stay at InterContinental Bordeaux
This was our first time visiting Bordeaux, and staying at InterContinental Bordeaux made the trip truly memorable. The property itself is beautiful, steeped in history, and located right in the center of town, making it easy to walk everywhere. The entire team was professional and welcoming throughout our stay. I’d like to give a special mention to Pinar at front desk. She was extremely friendly, communicative, and went out of her way to ensure everything went smoothly. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well-maintained. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food and service at Brasserie Le Bordeaux for both breakfast and dinner, and the rooftop bar offers incredible views along with great drinks. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful experience. We look forward to returning.

Fine Location, Fine Staff, Fine Hotel
This is an excellent hotel. The location is in central Bordeaux, within walking distance of the river and the riverfront area. Our room was very clean and quiet and sizeable. The breakfast was immense. People of all tastes can find something to eat. Service was excellent. All the staff were excellent as well, knowledgeable and friendly. They made an excellent recommendation for dinner.

Great Hotel in Bordeaux - Perfect Location
Recently stayed here while visiting wine country. the property was amazing. we had such a great time and really loved the rooftop bar overlooking the city. Lots of restaurants and shopping right outside the hotel. we will definitely return to this property when visiting Bordeaux. Staff was on point the entire stay - thanks for the great service!!!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Rudest staff imaginable. Despite the fact there are forest fires everywhere and other hotels canceled they refused to refund or cancel reservation. Reservation people said “we are open so this is your problem.” IHG Central reservations couldn’t help because it’s a local property manager.

Centrally Located Fantastic Hotel!
Family stay in Bordeaux. The hotel welcomed our young grandkids with slippers, teddy bears, and bathrobes, they were soooo excited! The rooms here are large and classically decorated. The rooftop bar made for a couple of great evenings, and the breakfast options were outstanding. Service was friendly and professional, a big shout out to the concierge team for assisting us with Tuxedo returns post wedding celebration. Highly recommend this hotel in Bordeaux.
