Located in one of Boston's oldest neighborhoods, Battery Wharf Hotel is a collection of four buildings and offers a fresh and contemporary alternative to the city's more traditional hotels. With a smaller number of rooms, the hotel is more like a boutique urban retreat, evoking a residential feel. Guest chambers are designed to make the most of the waterfront location, while high-tech amenities are there for added convenience. The hotel is home to the AAA Four-Diamond Award-winning Sensing restaurant, an epicurean experience featuring a global menu of entrées that are creatively plated and prepared. Imbibing takes place in the Lobby Living Room, which sets the stage for conversation and impromptu toasts in a lounge-like setting.

I visited the Battery Wharf Hotel for business meetings and found it has everything you could want in a hotel: friendly and helpful staff, VERY clean and comfortable rooms, perfect location with great views, top-notch food and perfect meeting rooms. Now I need to come back with my wife!!

The valet incident that occurred made me feel extremely uncomfortable . Also, what made me upset was the fact that ballet did not apologize or try to fix the problem

Great local for North end and Harbor. Nice View, quiet even though your in the thick of it. We were able to walk to everywere we wanted to go; Harbor Cruise, Faneuil Hall, North End, etc. Clean room and everyone from valet to front desk were exceptionally pleasant. We will stay again.

Fantastic location to be able to walk around North End and historic/aquarium zone of downtown Boston! Exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful staff! Lovely restaurant and spa and workout facilities ... a wonderful hotel all around!

Well… the hotel is ok… Sophia was great at the front desk.. bartender was awesome.. can’t say much for the rest of the front desk people. Don’t let them put you in building 5!!! No Ice machine and u have to request a fridge! They only give you 2 very small towels and barely any coffee supplies, thank God there’s a coffee shop right below building five! Also, the Coast Guard station can be very loud when they are working, which is directly across from building five. Oh, and the phones don’t work when we asked for ice at the front desk, five times, that never got delivered and they don’t know why the phones don’t work. We were only here for two nights if we’re heading out to Andover for a wedding, but I wouldn’t stay any longer than that.
