A special experience I was able to photograph!!
I didn’t stay at this beautiful hotel but I wanted to rate a lovely experience I had there. I am on a cruise and I scheduled a cruise on a schooner which is located at the wharf just outside the hotel. I was looking forward to taking lots of pictures during the cruise but 30 minutes before boarding, I realized the power on my phone was depleted. I went into the hotel and to the consierge and explained my plight. I told them I was not a hotel guest but they treated me as if I was. They charged my phone for me and I was able to take the pictures I had been hoping for. Major kudos to Long Nguyen - his help and patience with me was deeply appreciated.

Outstanding but tread lightly and quickly with the in room refreshments
The Boston Harbor Hotel deserves all of the accolades in the posted reviews in TripAdvisor. The Hotel is simply extraordinary and top notch in every detail. The only curious aspect of our recent stay was related to the in room refreshments. There was the usual assortment of beverages and candy placed on what appears to be a scale along with the following: "Please note: Items removed for more than 1 minute will be charged." This means even if you just pick up an item and don't consume it, you may be charged. If this happens, contact the front desk for assistance. I assume that this provision is in place to prevent theft. But, is this really necessary in a five star hotel?

Great hotel at an ideal location in Boston. The view is also outstanding.
I enjoyed two great meals at the Sea Grille, and my flight was delayed, so I ended up staying overnight. Aubrey and Maya in the restaurant gave me exceptional service and served me a delicious meal. The hotel is well appointed with a great location and view, but what set it apart was the hospitality and service. Even the bellman noticed I was stranded, and offered me access to the health club if I needed to clean up or change clothes. I will definitely stay here again.

Exceptional
This is my first review ever of a hotel. I am writing it because of how perfect our stay was here. From the friendly front desk to the continued checking in on us to the cleanliness of the room, the level of care and attention to detail was exceptional. If you are looking for relaxation by the water but access to the city, this is the hotel for you. The proximity to the historic sites, duck boat and little Italy for dinner was highly convenient.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is top notch with amazing service! Their hospitality started at check in with the young gent who upgraded our room to a nice harbor view since the hotel was not at capacity and knew I was hoping to make this a special visit with my daughter. Room service provided extra waters. At check out it was the first time I experienced where they did not need to assign a time rather just made note of a late check out which was helpful since our flight was delayed due to a snow storm the night before. We departed at 1pm so it was not anything unusual but they made it pain free to request.
It's a great addition to your portfolio of fine hotel and resorts that you provide on your site and where you offer your specials.
