Absolutely top notch!!
We absolutely love the Boston Harbor Hotel! Every time we stay, we are reminded why we keep coming back. From the moment we arrive, the staff goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to make sure our stay is wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and incredibly comfortable, the location on the harbor is perfect, and the entire hotel has such a special atmosphere. What truly sets the Boston Harbor Hotel apart, though, is the level of service. The staff consistently pays attention to the little details and genuinely seems to care about making each stay memorable. We have stayed here many times, and somehow they continue to exceed our expectations. It has become one of those places that feels special to our family, and we always look forward to returning. Thank you to everyone at the Boston Harbor Hotel for once again making our visit so wonderful. We already can’t wait to come back!

First-class service in a great Boston location
We had a staycation night at the Boston Harbor Hotel and it was perfect. The room and the view were fantastic, the whole staff was very friendly, the gym was one of the nicer hotel gyms I've seen in a while, the food at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was spectacular. Really high marks for service. Would definitely recommend!

Best Hotel Ever
There are not enough words to describe the experience we had at the Boston Harbor Hotel. It is hands down one of the best, if not the best hotel we have stayed in. The moment we checked in, the front desk staff greeted us and made our child feel special by offering him a stuff animal. The food at the restaurant was so fresh and delish and the staff was so friendly. In room dining was delicious as well. The hotel is centrally located so it was nice to leave the car behind and walk around. The valet, the staff from the restaurant and the cafe, front desk staff, in room dining, bellman, housekeeping were beyond sweet and so helpful. Every single person we encountered was a pleasure to speak with. The bellman upon departing took down our bags, the front desk called for our car and they had put all of our belongings in our car before we even arrived downstairs. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the memories!

Nice building, Great staff
Superior faculty. Even better staff at every level. Friendly, polite, capable with can do attitude. From valet, front desk, wait staff and housekeeping this is a superior team. Great hotels not about the building but the people who make a hotel.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is top notch with amazing service! Their hospitality started at check in with the young gent who upgraded our room to a nice harbor view since the hotel was not at capacity and knew I was hoping to make this a special visit with my daughter. Room service provided extra waters. At check out it was the first time I experienced where they did not need to assign a time rather just made note of a late check out which was helpful since our flight was delayed due to a snow storm the night before. We departed at 1pm so it was not anything unusual but they made it pain free to request.
It's a great addition to your portfolio of fine hotel and resorts that you provide on your site and where you offer your specials.
