Love the Dark Bar
Great spot. A local Bostonian recommended this hotel and I’m thankful they did. I especially liked the Dark Bar for a classic cocktail. Worth a visit if you’re in town.

Top notch!! Best hotel in Boston
This hotel is top notch. Do not hesitate to book. The management and staff go above and beyond to make your stay extra special. There isn't a detail that gets overlooked. We are in town for the Boston Cannons PLL homecoming weekend and the hotel had Boston Cannons themed donuts in our room. It's special touches like this that make the Boston Harbor Hotel our favorite place to stay.

Gorgeous Hotel, Not So Wonderful Staff
As usual, a beautiful hotel and a surprisingly spectacular view! My only complaint about our stay was the staff! It was not a welcoming arrival and every person we encountered (minus those at the front desk who were wonderful), was very cold and aloof and seemed annoyed that we had questions. Our past stays were much different, much warmer and welcoming. We will probably opt to stay elsewhere on our next trip to Boston.

We had a perfect stay at the Boston Harbor Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—genuinely welcoming, attentive, and professional. The harbor views from our room were breathtaking, and every detail in the space felt elegant and well thought out. The room was spotless, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. We especially appreciated the small touches,thoughtful amenities, and a team that truly went above and beyond. The location couldn’t be better for exploring the city, yet it felt like a peaceful escape. This was a special occasion for us, and the Boston Harbor Hotel helped make it unforgettable. We’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay in BOS!
I always love staying at the Boston Harbour hotel. The room is so comfortable, love the amenities, the restaurant is great and during the summer, I enjoyed the concerts out near the restaurant patio. It’s my favorite hotel in the area!

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is top notch with amazing service! Their hospitality started at check in with the young gent who upgraded our room to a nice harbor view since the hotel was not at capacity and knew I was hoping to make this a special visit with my daughter. Room service provided extra waters. At check out it was the first time I experienced where they did not need to assign a time rather just made note of a late check out which was helpful since our flight was delayed due to a snow storm the night before. We departed at 1pm so it was not anything unusual but they made it pain free to request.
It's a great addition to your portfolio of fine hotel and resorts that you provide on your site and where you offer your specials.
