My new favorite in Boston
A very pleasant surprise on my first stay at Boston Harbor Hotel. The staff was unanimously friendly. Only the Wi-Fi speed needs improvement. Excellent rooms, amazing fitness area, the restaurant is high quality and the bar has a great atmosphere.

Burgundy Wine Dinner and a very good overnight experience.
A grand older hotel with wonderful staff. The doormen and the porters were excellent friendly and helpful. The check in was a delight. We had a small suite which is traditional and classic in style. Could use a few more plugs in the light fixtures perhaps. Could use a couple safety/helpful bars in the bathroom. Excellent quality and size of soft goods especially towels. Need to use both sides of the bed for the step off towels at turndown. Porter brought us extra cans of complimentary water and also ice. The Burgundy Wine Dinner was excellent, and we also enjoyed the "Dark Bar" in the hotel. The stay overall better than terrific. Taxis not available. Used Uber instead.

Nice - but overly expensive
Very expensive for a business conference - even though most meals were provided — it was impossible to not spend less then the $250.00 prepaid room charge per day.

An Oasis in Boston
The Boston Harbor Hotel offers a wonderful hotel experience. From the valet parking to the staff at the Reception desk, our arrival is very welcoming . Service is exceptional , and the location is perfect for getting around Boston. The restaurant and bar have interesting menus and top-notch food. It truly is a very relaxing experience at the Harbor Hotel and we plan on returning soon to this very special hotel.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is top notch with amazing service! Their hospitality started at check in with the young gent who upgraded our room to a nice harbor view since the hotel was not at capacity and knew I was hoping to make this a special visit with my daughter. Room service provided extra waters. At check out it was the first time I experienced where they did not need to assign a time rather just made note of a late check out which was helpful since our flight was delayed due to a snow storm the night before. We departed at 1pm so it was not anything unusual but they made it pain free to request.
It's a great addition to your portfolio of fine hotel and resorts that you provide on your site and where you offer your specials.
