The hotel’s location is great, the area beautiful. The hotel room is very comfortable with lovely city views. Truly exceptional is Aurora from front desk who assisted us with a very smooth check in, helped us with our concerns, made checking out a breeze. She was amazing!

Bed rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Great view of the city street. Hotel is situated in a Great location, food in the Lucie restaurant was excellent. Norman was the most helpful friendly man we could have met. Excellent advice for us daily on things to do and see.

Reception staff so helpfull and made our stay very special greeted in room with bottle of prosecco and chocs for our anniversary..room was exceptional.. security guard norman the nicest person to chat to full of knowledge and always greeted by his friendly smile and words . I haven't stayed in too many hotels in my lifetime, but this one really raised my standards! I was here for three nights, and they fortunately had the availability to allow early check-in around 12 noon. I booked a single room, and it was very clean, stylish, and quiet; the bed was comfortable, the bathtub was huge, and the room had everything I needed. I brought my own HDMI cable so I could connect my laptop to watch my own TV shows! The room service option was very nice, and the food was delicious. (I ordered the fruit for breakfast, as well as the hummus & vegetables. They were expensive, but the serving size was plenty and I got two meals out of each of those things.) Also, the fitness room was beautiful and so clean. I'm not even that athletic, but I appreciated the chance to peace out on the treadmill every night. The staff are so welcoming and responsive. First, prior to my stay I called a couple times regarding safety concerns, and they made me feel comfortable. Second, leading up to the stay I also checked with them about various aspects of the reservation (early check-in, adding on a night, etc.) and they were communicative and patient with my questions. Also, the cleaning and the serving staff were very polite and professional.

Very nice stay. The maid that serviced my room was incredibly nice and helpful. Norman took care of getting my taxi to the airport and giving the driver instructions...also really great. The front desk also was very kind and thorough especially when there was a billing mishap (on the part of my company), and helped to resolve it without giving me a heart attack. That said, it was wonderful to feel welcome and taken care of in the best ways.
