This hotel is incredible. The staff is so genuine and attentive. We got an amazing room upgrade and every aspect was amazing. The room had all the special details that made it feel like home. I was so impressed by the staff and the entire atmosphere. The room was so clean ans was the entire hotel and LUCIE the restaurant was great! Pool was busy but expected and a great vibe.

I am disgusted with this hotel! I booked in 6 days ago for a two night stay and I gave a credit card number for my stay and the 200 dollars was taken out straight away which is normal but 6 days later I am still waiting for it to be refunded! I have tried to e mail them but can not get an address so people beware if you need that money to carry on your holiday DO NOT book this hotel.

Had a wonderful stay for our Boston weekend. Staff we very nice and accommodating. Arrived early so we went up to the roof top pool area which was lovely. Our room was ready early so they contacted us to let us know. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Easy walking to local attractions and the T. Look forward to returning.

Everything was outstanding from check-in to checkout. Adam was super sweet at check-in. He let me know I had been upgraded to a fabulous room on the top floor. Easy access to pool. Great vibe at the pool/bar. Lobby was beautiful. In the morning they held our bags while we did some exploring. The Maparium is a wonderful little adventure. Great shopping and restaurants in the area. Easy access to and from Logan on the Logan Express bus. You won’t be sorry you stayed here.

The room was bright and sunny. The television is in an odd place and just about viewable from the second bed. The bed linen had holes in them and lipstick kiss marks. The toilet was not that clean, neither was the bathroom floor. The rooms ARE NOT soundproof - you can hear every person passing your room that is speaking, as well as the cleaning staff. The door closures also make quite a bit of noise. Our room was interconnecting and we could hear the kids shoutng in the next door room. The room we stayed in needed the paintwork to be refreshed. The shower was over the bath tub. I had emailed ahead and asked for a room with a walk in shower, but there wasn't one available when we arrived. The room has a fridge and coffee machine. The hotel is in a good location with a subway station on the door step and quite a number of nearby attractions. The Prudential building is across the street with a supermarket, along with a Cheesecake Factory restaurant and Pressed Cafe. There are a number of coffe shops nearby too.
