Everything was exceptional! The suite was quiet. I had a view of Comm. Ave. Breakfast was delicious and efficient. Great location! Super polite and helpful staff. NO COMPLAINTS!

As soon as Jean, the doorman welcomed us we knew we were going to have a wonderful stay. The bellman, Travis was friendly and helpful, the front desk was pleasant and always greeted us warmly. Our suite was lovely, a nice size, clean and bright. And the hotel’s location is excellent. We also dined at the Uni - elevated Sushi dishes and the duck confit gyoza was delicious. We fully intend to return. Our stay here added to a delightful holiday weekend.

This was our 3rd time to stay at the Eliot. The location is great and so quiet. The staff is friendly and always welcoming. We had 3 suites and think a room refresh is in order. The carpets were soiled and housekeeping was spotty…could have been cleaner. Our bathroom definitely needed new grout and the toilet was very off kilter and bathroom smelled musty. It was a very pleasant stay…but a bit of attention to the rooms was needed.

We stayed here for 4 nights in a suite. It was really clean and comfortable and the staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The bed was wonderfully comfy. Although a long walk into downtown we enjoyed this as the weather though cold was beautiful.
