Experience its heart and soul with landmark luxury in historic Deerfield, Massachusetts, and an award winning stay at a Boston boutique classic. Built in 1925, it features a beautiful neo-Georgian façade that complements the neighborhood's rich architectural history. Accented with marble and brass, your One-Bedroom Suite is an opulent affair. Dining is among the finest in the city at Clio, which under the direction of Chef Ken Oringer has become one of the top restaurants in North America and has been consistently lauded as among the best in Boston.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite with family from overseas. Okay, there was a stain in the carpet by the bar, but otherwise everything was perfect. The suite itself was reminiscent of the apartments at the old Claridge's. There was a foyer, a living room, bedroom with two double beds. a bedroom with queen sized bed. The rooms were all generously sized, especially the living room. The living room functioned well as a gathering place, allowing separate couples some privacy in their bedrooms. The sofa bed was comfortable, too. The bathrooms were nicely sized and well appointed. There were two small refrigerators and a small sink and bar area. Each bedroom had a walk-in closet. Staff was attentive and friendly. Noise was not a problem in spite of fronting Mass. Ave on the third floor, as the windows were triple glazed. Some minuses: the lobby is small, and the restaurant nice, expensive, and booked-up when we tried to eat there on a Sunday evening. There are many restaurants nearby on Newberry Street, however, room services could have been had. For breakfast, I would recommend the adjacent Harvard Club over the in hotel restaurant as a better deal and better atmosphere. The Clubs breakfast plates are huge.

I will stay at The Eliot every time I'm in Boston. Maybe most importantly?...the staff are fantastic across the board.

Fantastic experience at the Eliot. My wife and I have never been here before, but we’re taken care of as if we knew everyone for years. We loved every moment there. Beautiful room at a great value. We will definitely return.

Excellent staff!! Good amenities, immediate assistance with a problem. Small but lovely bathroom with everything I needed in it.

The Eliot was a wonderful hotel for a February Boston weekend. The location is close to shop and restaurants, yet it is in a beautiful neighborhood. The service was discreet, yet very attentive. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. The Eliot will become our new Boston hotel.
