This was a great stay. Everyone was so helpful and the the hotel was very clean in a great, walkable location. I will definitely stay here again.

We only stayed one night but ate at the restaurant and everyone was wonderful. Central to all but with quite rooms, attentive staff.

My husband and I arrived at the hotel after two international flights and were not only exhausted but also feeling a little disheveled and out of sorts. Emmanuel immediately put us at ease with his warmth, kindness, and welcoming spirit, as he engaged us in conversation about our hometown, provided recommendations for the Boston area, and encouraged us to return to meet precious Cori the next morning upon learning that we were missing our own pup after a long time away from home. He offered us water upon checking in, made sure the process was seamless, and made us feel right at home. Thanks for a very nice experience!

We chose a Gold Floor room with its own concierge, breakfast and hors d’ouerves in the afternoon. The quality and quantity of food and drink was exceptional. The staff was helpful and friendly. The Fairmont is centrally located to many walking sites. Would definitely stay again.
