Reviews for Four Seasons Hotel Boston

Great hotel, well prepared to deal with kids

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

We visited as a family with two small kids. This has been one of the best hotel experiences I ever had. The staff was great in every aspect and at every interaction. The room was perfectly clean and well maintained. The pool was very nice. The hotel is well prepared to handle kids and did it in the most amazing ways. The location is great. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Great location, great rooms, good service, ...

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

We usually stay here when in Boston as it is a super convenient location to all the places you want to go. Rooms are really nice, spacious and the service is excellent. This time only caveat was that the water kettle and the Nespresso machine - a standard in all other Four Season hotels we know - was not in the room and needed to be ordered separately. A bit of an unnecessary hustle.

Amazing hotel...can't wait to go back

Location: The hotel is well located in the city. It is across from the park and just a few blocks from high end shops. Property: The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. It is one of the prettier Four Seasons we have stayed in during our travels. Check-in/Reception: We arrived around 1 pm before check-in but our rooms were ready and the manager got us checked in right away before we had lunch. The process was quick and easy. Staff: Everyone working there was fantastic...the managers, waiters, bartenders, valets, housekeepers etc. Rooms: We had 3 Executive King Suites. They were spacious and well appointed. The bathrooms seemed brand new and the bath products were nice. Food/Room Service: We were very pleased with the food at the hotel. We had lunch in the restaurant day 1 and room service for dinner another night. Everything we ordered we all liked. The room service always came promptly. One of the best things was the cafe downstairs where you could get free coffee and pastries every morning. That was such a nice touch. Kid Friendly: They really go above and beyond for the kids. They have a gift closet for them when you check in. They also have a scavenger hunt around the hotel and my nieces absolutely loved it. Spa/Gym: I didn't visit either as we we only there 3 nights. There is also an indoor pool. Overall the hotel, staff and food are all great. I will 100% stay again when we visit Boston later this year.

Wow an amazing suite. Wonderful park across the street. CVS nearby. Nice continental breakfast for cruise ship passengers. Comfy bed. Love the thick comforter. Toiletries were quality. All staff were friendly, professional and extremely helpful.

Outstanding Hospitality

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

By far the best FS property I have ever visited. Yes the hotel is stunning and beautiful and immaculate but what sets FS Boston apart from even other FS properties is the insane dedication to hospitality here to an almost unreasonable level. They were so generous to our family to the point where we were almost in tears. And if you have a little one, they have lots of surprises geared towards children that are sure to delight them. FS Boston just absolutely loves kids and will go totally above and beyond to make their day. I will never stay anywhere else in Boston ever again.
