The best in Boston, thanks to Giber and Nick
Hotel AKA Back Bay was not only an amazing facility, but they had top-notch staff as well. I would like to acknowledge two individuals in particular, one is a doorman, Giber. He was quick to offer help anytime we passed through the doors. On Tuesday night we had a sudden rainstorm and we were traveling to a show and were not prepared for rain. Giber offered us ponchos and loaned us and umbrella. He was quick to ask how our show was when we got back. Customer service like this just does not exist anymore and it was a pleasure to see. When we arrived on Monday night late in the evening, we were asking about a few things we wanted to do on our itinerary, including tour locations and the best lobster rolls in the city. Nick not only gave us fantastic information but explained why he made the recommendations that he did and everything he recommended was exactly what we we're looking for. The hotel was located in a nice area and was quiet with spacious rooms and very very clean. Looks like we have a new home when we travel to Boston, thank you for a great stay!

5 stars!! Super clean, quiet, amazing cocktails + the best vibes. Perfect location in Back Bay! Felt luxe and cozy the whole stay. Was sad to leave !! Will definitely stay her again!

Chris is the best anywhere! The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable and elegant, and most importantly, it is immaculately Clean. We had a wonderful day, thank you, and will be back!
