Great location, great room, great people and service.
Fantastic! Great location, great room, great service. We were traveing with a teenager so got a suite room. It was perfect for three. The view was great and they also sent us tea time snacks that were delicious. Will def stay again - We only went to the restaurant for breakfst but wiuld love to try it for dinner. The location is outstanding.

Excellent experience with very comfortable beds. Chris the bellhop was incredibly helpful and handled our bags quickly and efficiently.

Had a wonderful stay at AKA! Room was great and the area was lovely. The staff was so friendly and helpful, traveling with a lot of luggage and Chris was the best!

Vibrant Hotel
I had a wonderful stay at AKA Back Bay Hotel on Berkeley Street in Boston. The location is excellent—close to great restaurants, shopping, and many of Boston's top attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The hotel itself is stylish, clean, and well maintained. My room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always happy to help with recommendations or any questions. One of the highlights was the peaceful atmosphere despite being in such a central location. It was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day exploring Boston. Overall, I highly recommend AKA Back Bay Hotel to anyone visiting Boston. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, it's a beautiful hotel with excellent service and an unbeatable location. I would gladly stay here again
