Great experience.
Location was great. Hotel was clean and comfortable, room service was prompt. Heather at the front desk was exceptionally kind and welcoming. They were able to provide an early check-in and late check-out and even provided a little birthday treat in the room when mentioning we were there to celebrate a birthday.

The Best Experience!
The hotel was amazing for my husband and I. It's centrally located, so we could walk to Fenway, the North End, and Chinatown with ease. Just a few blocks from Newbury St. with tons of food and shops. The doorman, Chris, was the best. Super friendly and spent extra time showing us around and answering all of our questions. Along with the front desk, I never was met with anything but a smile. The restaurant is also amazing! Lots of yummy gluten-free options. You will not regret staying here!

Top Notch Stay in Back Bay
Excellent all-around experience. Top notch service, specially Chris the doorman. Every inch was clean, nicely decorated, and well-maintained. Nespresso machine in my room!

I dont have a single bad thing to say about the hotel. The rooms are great. Fantastic location. The staff is really nice and friendly Special thanks to Rudy the doorman. He made us feel at home here
