Great hotel
I've stayed in a few hotels in boston and this hotel is one i'll go back to and reason being staff were absolutely lovely couldn't do enough for us while we were there Rooms are absolutely spotless always fresh towels and toilet roll Didn't eat in the hotel but definitely will next time tho

Fantastic Hotel AKA Back Bay
This was my first stay at Hotel aka Back Bay and it will not be my last. The staff made me feel at home from my arrival through my week long stay. Chris at the door was super friendly and the staff accommodated my every need. The location is perfect. Great places to eat are within blocks of the hotel (Flour Bakery & Cafe is the spot!) and if you want to have some fun, Newberry, China Town, the Commons & downtown are all right around the corner. I had a premium queen and it was adequately spacious. My room did not have an amazing view but it was super comfortable and quiet, I slept like a baby. The bathrooms are modern and chic with good lighting for shaving or makeup. I had a fantastic stay. I’ve been to quite a few hotels in back bay, this one is my favorite.

Great place!
This is out go-to hotel over Thanksgiving with our two dogs. Our room was renovated and a pleasure to stay in. The staffs also super attentive. I have no complaints!
