Great stay in boston
It was a great hotel. People were so kind and it was very clean. Decent rates and nice location. For an upscale hotel I believe it could of had a few more features but in I definitely would stay again

A good hotel in the Back Bay
Attentive staff.., good location…we had an issue with our room and they quickly moved us to a more spacious one. Doormen especially Chris was very solicitous of or needs.

The new room renovation is awesome, especially the bathrooms. Had a great breakfast at The Berkeley and all team members were fantastic, kudos to Ryan Chris!

AKA a great stay
Great stay, Chris (the bellman) and Ryan (front desk) got me out the door and into a ride with a hot coffee in hand! Whatever you need, they got you!

Lovely...highly recommend!!
Our stay at Hotel Aka Back Bay was fantastic! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about Boston! The room was great after our long day of exploring and the restaurant was great for breakfast, dinner & drinks!! Would definitely recommend!
