Friendly and welcoming reception staff. Room was spotless. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great location. Excellent in-house restaurant serving very good breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute atmosphere, creative drinks and amazing hospitality
We were in Boston visiting friends and the AKA back bay was amazing. We were there for dinner and drinks a few times during our trip and I cannot say enough about the experience! The cocktails were so creative - beautiful and delicious! The manager, Julia B., was so gracious and she stopped by to chat with us a few times, giving us great recommendations, and made sure we were well taken care of. The bartenders were also friendly. Can’t wait to come back next time we’re in town!

Great stay
Great stay in a lovely location, the staff were very attentive and the room modern and comfortable. Only a few hundred yards from the full backbay experience and a short walk to the public gardens and on to downtown this was the perfect location quiet but central. With some great places to eat and drink nearby
