First Time in Boston
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel AKA Back Bay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to be helpful throughout my visit. They made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. It was straightforward and well maintained. The location was conveniently close to everything I wanted to see and do. I found Boston to be a very walkable city. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a great location.

Just wanted to share how much I loved this hotel . Ryan Stephan , assistant general manager, and Rudy ( doorman ) were both outstanding in the job performance !

Fantastic stay. Great hotel with excellent service, the downstairs bar was a great place to watch the world cup games. Everyone was awesome!

Perfect location, service and stay!
I spent a few days at AKA Back Bay, and the experience was genuinely exceptional. The location is undeniable. The building itself is beautiful, and the rooms are well‑appointed, thoughtfully designed, and impeccably clean. The bathroom was stunning, with modern finishes that made the space feel luxurious. Service throughout my stay was incredible; every interaction felt warm, attentive, and effortless. I also loved relaxing in the restaurant and watching the World Cup games, great atmosphere, great energy. Overall, a refined, comfortable stay in one of Boston’s best neighborhoods. I’d absolutely return.
