The area was very nice and clean, the drivers around boston are crazy though. great service from the hotel and Chris was a great employee and really funny and sociable.

A Wonderful Surprise in Back Bay
I've been traveling all summer and have stayed at more than six different hotels across the United States, including Hyatt and Marriott properties. Hotel AKA Back Bay was one of the most pleasant surprises of the trip. The front desk team, especially the ladies at the front desk, were absolutely amazing. Every interaction was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room is on the smaller side, but it's thoughtfully designed and had everything we needed. What impressed me most was the quality of the bedding. The bed, pillows, and linens were exceptionally comfortable, and I had one of the best nights of sleep I've had during this entire summer of traveling. Excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a great location. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Boston.
