Happy Feeling!!!!
Entering Aka Back Bay gave me a sense of a zen feeling. Being in that general location is great due to all the shopping and night life. The rooms were decent size which made relaxation even better. My favorite part of the trip was that the hotel staff was attentive to everything we needed. I’ll be back

The staff was excellent! The one person who stood out most was Rudy , door attendant and banquet server, very personable,and attentive to the needs of the guests, Rudy is truly a hidden gem that this establishment needs to acknowledge! Wonderful stay...Incredible staff.
Our stay at AKA Back Bay in August was incredible. The location was perfect, the rooms pristine but what really set this hotel apart from others is the staff. Everyone we interacted with was attentive and friendly. Giber the doorman greeted us like family coming to visit, asking how are day was going, always there to guide us and ask if there was any thing he could do for us. Chris was outstanding not only with our bags but caring enough to stop us as we were heading to my son's wedding saying you look so nice you need a picture and proceeded to take a few pics of us. Each day his smile welcomed us whether we were going or coming. Front desk was friendly and professional as well. In addition we organized a post wedding brunch at the restaurant patio with the assistance of Shannon. It was perfect, just as we pictured it. Food was delicious and again the staff was amazing. From Leny making sure everything was running like clockwork to the chef at the omelet station and barman serving up the mimosas, we could not have been better taken care. Well done indeed. Thanks to everyone.
