Welcoming and Accommodating
The staff and front desk are always professional, welcoming and accommodating. We arrived quite late and they held our room in addition to permitting a vet late check out. They didn’t have to do that and they did so with a smile. Many thanks to S in particular for the courtesies. We’ll be back! The Fitzhenry’s

Wonderful
It was a nice experience, il liked room the staff was great and I was attended by Mr. S at the reception during check-out, and I was truly impressed by his kindness and professionalism. He was extremely attentive and helpful, and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. It was a genuine pleasure to be welcomed and assisted by someone so warm and courteous.

Getaway Turned Paradise
I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Commonwealth when I visited the first week of October. All of the staff were extremely warm and welcoming. Anything and everything I requested was accommodated and for that I will be forever grateful for it. S.’s service at the front desk was the best I received in my years of traveling and I hope there are others that recognize him for it as well. Jeff the doorman was always a friendly face that was another individual that made my stay feel like “home.” I would definitely come again and would say that respect and kindness can get you a long way!
