If you want a real Boston experience, this is it. Great hospitality and wonderful facilities. Would not stay anywhere else. Near Fenway, great restaurants, BU, and centrally located for other parts of town. Special Red Sox elevator that is worth the trip alone.

We stayed here for Marathon/Easter weekend and it was a real treat. The hotel was well appointed and decorated festively for the Boston Marathon. We were treated like family by the staff and they made our stay exceptional. Kind and warm, one front desk employee named S. went above and beyond to make us feel special. The manager of the hotel was also personable and involved in making us all feel welcome. The location and amenities were excellent, but the people really made the difference!

Everything was amazing about this hotel! Location is very convenient to Fenway Park and many universities. 15 min walk to Newbury Street and its many shops and restaurants. Jennifer, at the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous and upgraded us to a Reading Suite because of our reservation through the Chase Luxury travel booking. The hotel is eco friendly with reusable aluminum bottles that could be filled as needed from the lobby water dispenser. The Reading Suite was a gem - a sitting area with a large desk and leather sofas with tons of books, some of them signed by the authors and a large bedroom with King Size bed and a marble bathroom. The highlight was the fact that there were 4 elevators in the hotel and we never had to wait more than a few seconds. The staff at the hotel are excellent, from housekeeping to valets. And the room service is very efficient - 30 min max from time of order to delivery. Highly recommend this hotel for family stays.

Room was clean and comfortable with a great view of Fenway Park (see photos). Pillows could be little firmer. Location is perfect for getting around Boston on the metro. Staff was great, especially Jeff and Frankie at the front door who were really cool and helpful.
