The front desk team is always amazing - professional, welcoming, helpful, courteous- it is like coming home every time I visit. The rooms are always clean and room Service comes quickly and is always perfect.

The Best!
Hotel Commonwealth is one of my favorite hotels - with unmatched hospitality and all the touches of what great hospitality should be. It's an independent hotel (not part of Marriott, IHG, etc.) and so while there's no official loyalty program, I couldn't be more loyal. I feel like I'm treated like a VIP every time I stay there and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Boston. If you're at all considering staying here don't hesitate and just do it - I have a feeling that it won't be your last time.

amazing 5 star experience with S
we stayed in the commonwealth in boston for one night and it was amazing. S was more than accommodating. he was attentive, caring, generous, and overall friendly and made sure our experience was unforgettable. S is incredible at customer service and we loved him! we also called to get an extra robe and it was given very quickly and we loved our robe night together slathered in malin + goetz body lotion.
