Customer Service is No. 1 in this Hotel
First we came to Boston not for pleasure but to see a doctor. That being said the front desk’s service is top notch. I made the reservation through Chris for suggested a slight upgrade and I’m glad he did! Our room was great but Chris personally took care of our dinners out at Row 34 that is adjacent to the hotel. Plus he said to say hi when we arrived! Next day we met S who was at the front desk the next morning and personally ran out in the freezing cold to make sure our Uber there since Ubers were lined up & down the front of the hotel! Then I met Calvin who had to deal with me 3 times with getting the Uber and times my husband wanted and wasn’t happy with what I was doing! Still gracious every time in helping me. The hotel is in a great location with 2 different restaurants adjacent to it which made it great since the wind chill was -3 outside! You can’t go wrong with staying here and customer service is fantastic!!!

Hotel Commonwealth in Boston 100% recommend! Clean, quiet our room had a view of Fenway Park! Staff was amazing, great sense of humor and made check in and out painless! My daughter and I went for a concert, I would go back just for the crew at the front desk they were professional and fun!

Great location and Fenway View Rooms
Easy check in and out process, we loved the location and proximity to MGM Music Hall and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable.
