The Concierge -Nick- what a sweetie! Anything you need, he's there for you. And good for a laugh too. Chris's warm smile is a great greeting when you walk in the door. He gave me a map of the city two visits ago and I bring it every trip! All the staff is professional and courteous, as well. It's easy to see why everyone is so kind and generous as they follow the path of their General Manager Shane McWeeny. What a terrific person! His vision for excellence is evident throughout the building. This is a very special place and I cherish my moments there. Especially the sincere hugs when I was leaving. Can hardly wait to get back!

We had another wonderful experience at Hotel Commonwealth. The hotel is beautiful, so clean, and in a great location to walk around the area. Nick and all of the staff always go above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. We can’t wait to come back.

We had an absolutely great stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They all seemed like they loved their jobs, coworkers and the guests which is refreshing to see. The rooms were large well decorated, super clean with a comfortable mattress. Our room had a large desk and a very comfortable couch for reading or watching TV. The price was very reasonable. The location is great for Fenway, the Back Bay and a nice walk down across the Common, or a short car ride, downtown. I would recommend this hotel to anyone whether they be there for business, pleasure or visiting friends or relatives.

We arrived for the Fenway bowl. We were greeted by wonderful valet. Our rooms were ready early and Jeff Ney could not have been more pleasant. He ensured we had everything we needed. We had a great stay and will definitely come back. Thank you Jeff and Hotel Commonwealth for a wonderful stay😃

Great experience and S was very helpful to us. Hotel is well situated and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy!
