Amazing hotel! Brought my husband for his 40th birthday and S. Checked us in. S. ensured we had everything we needed for a great stay. Very polite and professional. Everyone was amazing and the hotel was very clean and beautiful. Highly recommend a stay here and definitely say hi to S. while there he’s the best!

An amazing stay with the best employees in the world. Nick, Eddie, and Steve made our stay one to remember. They made sure everything was seamless and to our satisfaction. The room was very clean and comfortable with an amazing view of Boston. We will always stay at the Commonwealth Hotel whenever we stay in Boston, they are by far the best Hotel I have ever stayed in.

What a phenomenal hotel to stay at. The staff was the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They engaged with our children, chatting about baseball and asking them questions about their own baseball teams. As a rural family trying to drive into Boston we were a tad frazzled after trying to drive into Boston. The staff upon arrival just took right care of us- taking our luggage and helping us laugh it off. The coffee is good, the place smells amazing and the rooms are spacious and clean. Worth the extra money to just walk back from a Red Sox game and not have to take the T. But the entrance the green line is right outside the door, so it makes exploring the rest of Boston a breeze! Loved everything about it!

Everything about this hotel was worth it. From the moment we pulled up the customer service was 5 star. From the valet to the moment we checked out, every staff member we encountered was friendly and eager to help or do anything to make your stay better. It was clean and luxurious. We were in town for a game and this hotel made our weekend. Would most definitely stay here again.
