Great location and overall
Staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms are spacious and clean. There is a T station like 10 steps away from the hotel. A very good choice if you are BU parents. We will definitely return next time

Ideal location, quiet and luxurious, great for Red Sox fans
We stayed a couple of nights in the middle of winter, so the location right by Fenway and the B/C/D trains was super convenient. Staff were all welcoming and helpful, room was excellent, and the restaurants downstairs are destinations in their own right (especially Row 34), not just hotel restaurants. Room service was also quick and delicious. For baseball fans, there is Red Sox paraphernalia tastefully displayed throughout the lobby and hallways but not in your face; one elevator also has autographs and photos on the walls. Would definitely stay again, I'm sure this is a popular spot during baseball and concert season!

Beautiful hotel, perfect location close to BU and a short walk to shopping on Newberry Street and at Prudential center. The room was spacious, with beautiful windows overlooking Comm Ave. A fun touch - the curtains have the same tiny red stitch detail you’d find on a baseball! The bathroom is modern, spacious and clean. Definitely coming back here again!

Convenient location for BSO
We went to a concert in Boston Symphony Orchestra and chose this hotel for its very convenient location. When we checked in, the receptionist S. was very friendly and welcoming. He was able to get us check in a bit earlier and have our two rooms right next to each other. The room is spacious and clean. Great stay!
